Our wedding could not have gone better. The staff were courteous and helpful. There was plenty of room with in door and outdoor options.

We chose Wyldwood for many different reasons, we liked the fact that it didn't have a lot of restrictions on the vendors that we used and that it was close to a hotel (Hampton Inn at Kansas Star Casino) for our out of town guests. The space was big and they let you decorate however you would like for the most part, to bring your vision to life. It's a great space and they really have everything that you would need to have a great wedding reception (we didn't do the ceremony there) the outdoor area was great for setting up some cocktail hour games and for kiddos to run around and play. I think the only minus during our experience was that we were told that there would be someone to attend to the removal of tables/chairs after dinner service and that there would be someone refilling the water at the water station (completely complimentary on their part) but if I would have known that they weren't able to attend to that like they said, I would have planned accordingly and I was told afterwards that they couldn't ever find anyone to help/ask questions to. We were happy with how everything turned out and would recommend to someone that is looking for an affordable/value venue!

Venue itself was great but the staff was not very customer friendly or accommodating. Seemed irritated when we asked questions or made requests. Ex. Asked to add a couple of tables (48 hrs before the event) and the lady acted
Like I was asking her to rearrange the whole set up right before guests arrived. Staff was always coming in while we were setting up and telling us what we couldn’t do vs just asking us what we needed or how they could help.
