This venue went above and beyond for us. We planned our wedding here out of state and only met with them 2x in person. The wedding went off without a hitch. The venue was organized and flowed very well. The team was always on top of any of elderly guests needs. They were beyond helpful with questions and referrals for anything we needed. I'm not sure you can find a better venue in the area.

Prairie Hill Vineyard was the venue of my dreams! Quiet little farm but so many stunning options to have our ceremony. Barely had to decorate the space because the venue already offers lovely lighting and the landscaping was magical. Danielle was super inviting and made sure whatever we envisioned came true. Could not have asked for a better space to have our wedding!

Choosing Prairie Hill Vineyard as our wedding venue was the best decision of my wedding planning. Firstly, the property is STUNNING!! It’s a beautiful short drive from the suburbs of Wichita. You’re surrounded by farmland, pastures, and big open skies; however, you’re still close to hotels, shopping, and restaurants for your guests. Once you turn into PHV, prepare yourself - there are SO many picturesque spots to see and explore! PHV boasts one of the region’s biggest willow trees (I believe it actually is the biggest for its specific breed). This was the backdrop for our wedding! Then, there is another willow tree, ponds, a fountain, windmill, rose garden, stone walkways and bridges, and of course, the vineyard! Seriously, so so so many amazing, breathtaking places in one property. We were running around to take photos everywhere, and let me tell you, our photos were something out of a dream with the setting PHV provided. I felt like I was in a fairytale. PHV is also very convenient in the fact that we were able to stay the night the day before the wedding and the wedding night. There is a main cabin where I stayed the night before and where my bridesmaids and I got ready. Then, there is the cutest cabin ever where the groomsmen got ready which then turned into our honeymoon cabin for the wedding night. There’s also plenty of parking for guests, a dance floor with edison lights (it’s magical at night), and an impressive white tent with a bar for the reception. And everything I’ve mentioned so far isn’t even the best part of PHV!!! The absolute best part of this venue is the incredible woman behind it all - Danielle Stockemer. She took me under her wing from the get go, and I just felt so at ease and so taken care of throughout the almost 10 months leading up to my wedding. Because of her, I was able to build almost my entire wedding team (she has the best recommendations on who to book), and I was able to determine design elements/themes, the flow/schedule of the day, and so much more through her wealth of knowledge and advice. She made my dream wedding a reality. All of my wedding wishes came true including riding in on my horse during the ceremony!! Honestly, I will never be able to thank her, Rose, and the PHV team enough for what was the most special day of my life. My family and I are eternally grateful.

Our experience with Prairie Hill Vineyard was the absolute best. We couldn’t have done it without Danielle and her amazing team. My husband and I are truly going to miss working with them. We received SO many compliments on how beautiful their property is!

Prairie Hill Vineyard was the most beautiful place to get married! Danielle, the marketing director and our day of wedding coordinator was so wonderful! She worked her tail off to make sure everything went perfect for our daughter! She even kept checking on me to make sure I was doing okay! We cannot say enough about the wonderful experience we had during the planning and the wedding! The wedding was the most magical wedding I have ever seen! She helped to ensure all of Kayla’s wishes came true! Highly recommended Prairie Hill Vineyard to anyone that wants the most beautiful outdoor wedding in Kansas!

I seriously cannot say enough good things about this venue and the people who run it! It is breathtakingly beautiful! Danielle and her father are just amazing. Our wedding could not have gone smoother. Any little hiccups that came up during the day Danielle handled with ease making it less stressful on us. And it must be said again, it is so beautiful! I would definitely recommend them to anyone interested in an outdoor wedding!

We fell in love with this venue! It's everything we hoped for that I couldn't find anywhere else in the Wichita area. They helped us with everything and were so accommodating. People still talk about our wedding and how beautiful it was! The property already has so much beauty we didn't need to add much at all! We are very happy we found this Hidden gem for our wedding.

WOW! I can’t recommend Broc and his team at Prairie Hill enough! They made everything so seamless and beautiful. We used the open garden for cocktail hour, the grand building for dinner, and the outdoor dance floor for party time 🎉. We stayed at the honeymoon cabin and it was so perfect for our wedding night. It is such a naturally beautiful place and they have decor already on site so I didn’t have to buy anything extra except flowers, picture frames, and custom signage. 1000% recommend!

We booked Prairie Hill Vineyard for a charity gala and we were beyond impressed and plan to go back again next year! Broc and his team were incredibly accommodating and professional. The price is right, service is wonderful, and it's the prettiest venue you will find around the Wichita area. Prairie Hill is not only perfect for weddings, but for organization events and galas as well!

For starters, I rated this venue a 1 star because of the following reasons.
1. I booked this venue in January 2019 for a date in May of 2020 with a deposit of $500.00 check that was cashed within a week. Later in March, we met up to finalize, and the manager (, Danielle,) had promised that date to another couple. As I questioned her about it, I had to remind her that I had given a deposit to hold the date back in January. After wards, she prompted to call the other couple to inform them of her mistake i.e. UNPROFESSIONAL.
2. On September 4th, I called to cancel my reservation of the venue because we had decided to do a remote wedding; no cause from Prairie Hills Vineyard (PHV). Upon cancellation, there is a form to sign, which I requested the manager to email me so I could sign and mail back. I never received anything so I called back 4 more times up to October 17th requesting it and was promised that she would send it, but never did; basically, this document guarantees a refund if the venue was booked. UNPROFESSIONAL
3. On October 18th, I called back to the manager and was informed she had booked the venue and I should be receiving a partial refund the following week. I waited until November 13th to call back because I still had not received it. After 5 more phone calls I finally received a check on November 21st; however, it was missing $437.00. By the contract, I was guaranteed 75% of $1,250.00 plus the other $250.00 I had put down just to round it to $1,500.00 total, yet only got a check for $750.00; the total amount should have been $1,187.50. UNPROFESSIONAL
4. On November 22nd, I called the manager of PHV to discuss the missing $437.50. Without trying to get too frustrated around the holidays and busy times, I waited until December 3rd to call back because I hadn’t received the remaining amount. After 4 more phone calls straight to voicemail, I finally received a check for $375.00 on December 9th. Of course, when I had spoke to their manager on November 22nd, I asked her if she knew how much I should be getting back total, she still decided to cut it short by $62.50. UNPROFESSIONAL
Lastly, during the last 12 months of working with PHV, I received zero phone calls, with about half of my phone calls going to voicemail. There is no doubt that this venue is gorgeous, but it is managed by a woman that doesn’t understand how to manage a facility. There was so much unprofessional-ism and lack of communication, that I am happy I decided not to give them any more money that I had to.
