My fiance picked Heather to shoot our engagement and I am so glad that he did! I look at the photos Heather took of us every day and I could not be more in love with them! Every photo is gorgeous and Heather constantly made me feel at ease that day.

Heather was a gift from the heavens on our wedding day. She was flexible with me as I waited until almost the last minute to finalize the day's agenda. She was overly prepared with shot ideas & locations as I arrived dressed for the day. And the end result was more than I could have imagined. She captured us perfectly &you can see our joy through the photos. I couldn't recommend Heather more. She approaches photography with a friendly yet professional air that puts you immediately at ease.

Heather and Russell are simply the best! They worked with us on all aspects of our shoot, from styling to location selection. Heather was so easy to get in contact with and is always happy to help. I loved having both Heather and Russell shoot with us. They used both digital and film, so we have two totally different types of pictures and they showcase each photographers style! We thoroughly enjoyed our experience with Writ Studio and are already planning our next shoot!

Heather shot our engagement photos and I could not have been more happy with the results. There are many qualities of a photographer you don't realize are important or relevant to the end product until you see it, and Heather was off the charts awesome in every way. Because she was so warm and easy to work with, she was able to relax even my incredibly shy now husband, which meant our pictures captured the essence of our relationship; laughing, happy, and fun. We dragged her around several places to find just the right spot and her suggestions were so helpful, and her creativity shown through in the final product. Our photos were gorgeous, captured the natural beauty around us, flattered my husband and me, and still make me smile when I see them. Thanks Heather!

We absolutely treasure our engagement and wedding photos taken by Heather (of Writ Studio)! She made the whole experience--from engagement session to wedding ceremony and celebration--comfortable, fun, and effortless for us. She captured every important detail---and worked magic with the light, the environment, and the intricacies of each moment. She is beyond professional, dependable, and talented! Most importantly, Heather is caring and thoughtful: I'd held a handkerchief with my bouquet and misplaced it after the wedding ceremony. I'd forgotten about it in the hustle and bustle of everything---and Heather had found it later and mailed it back to me!! Can't recommend her enough!!

From the photography to the invitation design to the hand-lettered envelopes, I couldn't be happier with how our save-the-dates and invitations turned out. Heather did a wonderful job listening to what I envisioned and she made it happen.
