I came across Wright Travel Agency through past family weddings I have previously attended, and loved the experience so much, I decided to use them for my own! BEST decision. I was so fortunate to have MarieSam Sanchez as my agent. She has been such an amazing help this past year and super responsive and accommodating. I was nervous planning a destination wedding in Cancun, Mexico especially when I have never been there before. MarieSam made everything so much easier, and provided me with any feedback and answered any & all questions I had no matter when or what the circumstances were. Even the day before my wedding, I called and she answered right away! She even helped me in an emergent situation, while she was off on her own birthday!! Right before my wedding, I attended another friend's destination wedding, which also happened to be in Mexico coincidentally 3 weeks before mine. My friend had used a different vendor for their travel agency, and had so many hiccups! I was disappointed in their service especially when having to book my own transportation! My friends ended up complimenting how organized and how accommodating our travel agency was, since they were also attending our wedding as well. MarieSam explained the whole process from the beginning to the end, and there was no confusion. She helped with our wedding website, which was so beautiful. And, she booked our transportation so our guests didn't have to worry. Wright travel was very organized! I did not have to do much! If my guests had questions I directed them to Patty! She answered emails almost immediately even if she was on vaca herself. She made this process go smooth!

I really don't know where to start with Patty & Kristen and Wright Travel Agency. I found them by luck because I wasn't originally looking for a travel agent but now that my wedding is over I seriously don't know how people plan their weddings without. Seriously, every detail about their service was perfect and FREE. It was like I had my own personal assistant to do the tough stuff. I think the best part about working with Wright is that when you book they look in the price and the price can't go up but it CAN (and for me DID) go down so you know you're getting the absolute best price for yourself and ALL of your guests. A few months after reserving 20 rooms, one of my guests happened to find a cheaper deal with another company and Patty/Kristen were able to lock in the better deal for everyone. Saved me $500! Do yourself a favor (or 1,000 favors) and book your destination wedding with Patty&Kristen.

Patty & Kristen were instrumental in making our wedding travel easy. We had a destination wedding with 60 guests at Dreams Riviera Cancun. Managing 60 itineraries couldn't have been easy - but all of our guests raved about how simple the booking process was. Not only did Patty help me find the perfect resort for our dream wedding, but she navigated through our many questions and always provided insight and answers that put us at ease. We also were able to take advantage of a few awesome perks thanks to booking with her. Planning a wedding from afar was a risk - but we had the most perfect day and owe a ton to Wright Travel. The Breathless resort in Cabo trip was my third trip with Patty&Kristen. All questions and concerns are answered and addressed quickly and effectively. They are very thorough in all processes. Transportation to/from resorts are always stellar. We love all the accommodations and we are always well prepared before every trip. Very thankful for their thoroughness and well wishes each time. I have worked with patty 4 times. Once for my wedding, and the others have been couples trips and girls get always. Patty is AMAZING! All details were taking care of.
