Every experience with this company has stressed me out. Just one example is when my fiancé bought my engagement ring he was concerned I has tiny fingers and really wanted to clarify that the rig he chose could be sized once engaged. They reaffirmed him that of course it could. And the day after we got engaged they told us that that was impossible and they could do nothing to help us but sell us another ring....needless to say that's not what you want to deal with when emotions are already running so high,
