We are so glad we chose Winter White Barn as our wedding venue! Kelly and her staff are the absolute BEST! From the moment we did our initial tour, we knew WWB is special. The venue is absolutely gorgeous and Kelly is constantly making upgrades that further enhance the space. When you book with WWB, you not only get to utilize the beautiful venue but you also get to tap into Kelly's vast network of fellow wedding vendors (who are all amazing) and her extensive knowledge of the wedding industry. During the design meeting when you go over how you want the venue to be set up and what decor options you'd like to use, you can rely on Kelly to be honest and share her expertise to really bring your vision to life. When wedding day came, we had minimal stress because we knew Kelly and her team had it under control. The grounds were immaculate, it was set up and decorated even better than we imagined, and the staff was beyond helpful! Our guests could not stop talking about how beautiful the venue is and how the flow of the venue makes sense. The WWB staff truly went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect all night long. We cannot thank Kelly and her staff enough for their hard work. Winer White Barn will always hold a special place in our hearts! Best venue ever!

My husband and I got married at Winter White Barn on May 11th, 2019.

The minute we arrived to Winter White Barn, I fell in love. As we walked around the more I started to envision our special day and I didn’t want to book any other venue.
The cherry on top was the room full of decor and supplies that was included with booking. Plates, vases, chargers, cups, signs, anything you could think of was in there for use. On top of the fact that you don’t have to do any Set up OR tear down (SO NICE). The Winter White Barn staff set everything up just as we previously planned in exactly the places we wanted and tore/put away everything once the wedding was over, It doesn’t get any better than that. The bridal suite was adorable a great place to have everyone get ready together and relax before the wedding.

We were able to bring in our own catering, florist, and purchase the alcohol for the bartenders. Kelly had a list of vendors she personally recommended which was so helpful and we ended up booking most of her recommendations and were so pleased. One of them being DJ Frank, who was so incredible. DJs are so important for a wedding and Frank was organized, had great insight, and made sure we all stayed on time with dances, speeches, and kept the party going ALL. NIGHT. LONG!

The fact that you get to have your ceremony, happy hour, and reception all in different locations on the property is so lovely. Each location gives you a different feel and experience so you can simply enjoy the moment. Yet, they are so easily accessible that you and your guests aren’t gallivanting all over the place to enjoy your day. While still feeling big and luxurious.

Kelly’s main priority is making sure your wedding day or event is exactly how you’ve envisioned, while focusing on your happiness. Her Attention to detail was wonderful and anything we needed help with she did so with a smile on her face. You know those people you just want to hang out with all the time because their spirit and aura is just so fun, kind, and welcoming? Yeah, that’s Kelly.

We were overjoyed with our experience and time at The Winter White Barn and highly recommend it to all our friends and anyone getting married.

We choose Winter White Barn before the venue/property was even completed! The reason we chose this venue was because we trusted Kelly and knew of her professionalism from our son’s wedding at a different venue. Kelly has a wonderful eye for design and she used her creativity to make Winter White Barn an absolutely stunning venue! Even though we may have been one of her first weddings, she worked extremely hard to make her property beautiful for us. Winter White Barn is an absolute dream venue. Kelly has everything you could ever need to make planning and decorating for you wedding easy and stress free. On top of having all the things, she is an amazing person. She is knowledgeable and helpful and available for all your questions. We got married right in the middle of the pandemic with a whole lot of uncertainty. Kelly and all the vendors we had made us feel like our wedding was safe (from covid and from getting canceled), stress free, and honestly the best day of our lives. Everyone we had kept complimenting us on our venue. I cannot recommend Winter White Barn enough!

Kelly & her venue, The Winter White Barn, will be the best decision you make for your wedding. I was Kelly’s first Covid bride. Our wedding was cancelled three days before, & she was a complete saint with the process. She opened up a selection of dates for us, & made such a hard situation so much easier. She had our back on whatever decision we decided to go through with. We eventually decided to just post-pone for one year & had an anniversary party at her venue. She made sure everything was perfect for us & gave us so much freedom to have our party the way we wanted to.

I knew from the moment that I toured her venue, that I wanted to get married there. She couldn’t believe that I only toured her venue, prior to signing a contract. The way WWB is set up, makes the timeline of your day flow so easily. Every unique touch she has put in to WWB is for her clients benefit. When I toured WWB, she was a fairly new venue & the amount of work her & her family have put in to the venue is astonishing. Not only is it a beautiful, flowing venue, but she allows you to pick from her inventory of decor, bring in your own vendors, and confidently guides you through the daunting task of planning a wedding.. and in my case twice.

I not only speak as a past WWB bride, but as a WWB vendor. I have photographed weddings at the venue, and again, WWB will be the best decision you make for your wedding day. Her venue is so diverse with photo opportunities, and really plays well to a scheduled timeline. She has amenities for brides to get ready, and a tight knit group of vendor recommendations, that she has met throughout the years. A lot of venues “allow” you to use their property, and that is the extent of the relationship. Kelly makes you feel so welcomed, and is so invested in making your wedding the best day of your life. Kelly was a dream to work with! From start to finish she knew exactly what she was talking about. Not only was she amazing but the venue is perfection! The flow of everything is just so inviting for guest with much to do and plenty of space to never feel cramped. I got married here over a year ago and from Kelly’s post it looks like she’s done even more work to the venue! Which looks amazing! Kelly and her dream team at WWB are absolutely incredible! They are professional, courteous, fun, and truly give their all to make sure your day is perfect. The venue is not only beautiful but flows seamlessly from the ceremony area to the pavilion, and the barn. The grounds are extensive and our guests loved being able to enjoy both outdoor and indoor areas for mingling. Kelly made the planning process so easy and stress-free. She has put a lot of thought and effort into making sure her couples and their guests feel taken care of, and it really shows! I cannot thank her enough for helping us in the planning process.
