Winehaven Winery and Vineyard is an elegant wedding venue in Chisago City, Minnesota with amazing views of lakes, gorgeous hillside vineyards and rows of romantic oak wine barrels. Situated at the entrance to the scenic Chisago Lakes Area, this enchanting winery is just 45 minutes north of Minneapolis and minutes from wonderful hotels and restaurants. Facilities and Capacity

Couples may host up to 250 wedding guests within Winehaven’s four event spaces. There are four different scenic ceremony locations couples can choose from at Winehaven. The Deer Garden is a beautiful garden location with cobblestone aisles, panoramic views and a hint of Tuscan elegance. It sits between the 40-foot-tall lighthouse and the Deer Garden Vineyard. The Grapewinds Vineyard offers a secluded setting nestled among hills of grapevines, a natural pond and an historic railroad bed that was built in the 1800s. Vintner’s Hall is an indoor option that can host 250 people for both receptions and act as a backup for ceremonies. Guests can admire the oak wine barrels, stone walls, a gas fireplace and panoramic lake views. The second floor ballroom is another indoor option that has hardwood floors, elegant sconce lighting and elevated views of the vines, Green Lake and Lake Ellen.

Services Offered

In addition to having their ceremony and reception at this venue, couples can host their bridal shower and engagement party, as well. The upper floor includes a large, private area where the entire bridal party can prepare onsite. Winehaven's onsite day-of wedding coordinator, will work to make the day a success and be sure that everything runs flawlessly during your event. Location

Winehaven’s 50-acre estate is situated between three of Minnesota’s land of a thousand lakes – Lake Ellen, Green Lake and Lake Martha. In addition, the location is just 35 minutes north of the twin cities, which are home to many attractions, restaurants, shopping and hotels.
