The Roosevelt & The Boiler Room

Both event spaces offer a unique look for any occasion.

The Boiler Room is an 4,000 square foot space featuring wooden walls and mixed metals, giving the space an industrial-style backdrop with an inimate feel. Located in the back of Windmill Station with a beautiful covered patio and outdoor green space often used for the ceremony included and can accomodate 200 guests.

The Roosevelt is the larger of the two spaces and is an 10,000 square foot bright and open space showcasing wood walls and beams from the original 1930 construction, offering a practically blank canvas with beautiful details to make your event personalized to your needs and can accomodate up to 600 guests.

The Bridal Suite

The Bridal Suite is a stunning and intimate space for you and your bridal party to be perfectly pampered. This space is decorated in shades of pink and cream with many unique details that will make getting ready for your special day picture perfect. The suite includes Kitchenette, Dining Area, Hair and Makeup Station for the Bride and Bridal Party, FULL Bathroom, Wifi, and the perfect decor for photos.

The Tipsords

The Tipsords is a stylish speakeasy and is always the grooms favorite to spend the day getting ready with his groomsmen. A cozy hideaway filled with chesterfield sofa, taxidermy, glittering chandeliers, and plenty of mood lighting. The charm of this secluded bar will certainly guarantee a memorable experience for you and your guests.

This suite will accommodate up to 75 standing, including a dressing room, bathroom, a lounge area, billiards table, television, and an optional bar for an additional fee.

The Bower

The Bower is an enclosed but open air space surrounded by vintage windows and filled with eclectic furniture. This space is perfect for small events and holds up to 40 people. Perfect for engagement photo sessions and parties as well as bridal showers and small intimate ceremonys.

The Private Suite

The Private Suite brings together a mix of tradition with a modern flare. Designed in shades of blues, creams, and florals creating texture and romance. The open floor plan is a perfect backdrop to capture all the special moments with your girls! This suite includes mirrored makeup stations, a lounge area, a kitchenette, and private bathroom.
