Facilities and Capacity

Located on the picturesque Cape Cod, Willowbend offers an array of outdoor settings for nearlyweds to enjoy. From the rolling green hills to the onsite pond and fountain, each part of this property has a visually stunning element. Couples that prefer an indoor reception will use the Grand Ballroom. Up to 260 guests can be comfortably seated around the spacious dance floor, and easily mingle throughout the night. The elegant architecture, neutral color scheme, and floor-to-ceiling windows make for a bright, airy atmosphere. For smaller gatherings and prenuptial events, the Library or Card Room offers a warm, intimate setting for you to enjoy time with your nearest and dearest. In addition, this venue offers luxurious villas for couples to use as get-ready suites or overnight accommodation.

Beautiful wedding venue!!

I got married at Willowbend in August of 2023 and it was absolutely the best day of my life!!!!! We loved the venue it was absolutely perfect for what I was looking for! I went and saw about 5 wedding venues in Cape Cod about 10 months before my wedding and i instantly knew Willowbend was the right place when I saw it. We had 160 guests and it was a perfect size, although the venue could have comfortably fit more. We were lucky enough to rent the 12 on site villas and that was a game changer. Being able to stay on site with our family and close friends was amazing and they are so nice, plus you can use the beautiful pool, gym and eat at the club house. It was so convenient and stress free! We had our ceremony outside at 530pm, it was seamless. Then we had cocktail hour on the patio which was so nice our guests loved it. Finally moving inside for the reception! The food was excellent, I loved the Asian station and raw bar, passed app highlights include scallops, short rib grilled cheese, mini lobster rolls. For a salad course we had burrata and then choice of halibut or steak. All so good! We also had a great time going for the tasting. The bartenders and waitstaff were super helpful and nice. Terry the coordinator had the whole day flow smooth. Thank you Willowbend for an amazing day!!!!! I do wish we could have had more guests stay on site but we had most people stay at Sea Crest in falmouth and it was a hit being right on the beach, we had buses for the wedding day. Friday night we had an amazing welcome party at Sopranos Casino by the Sea. Have your wedding here if you can!!!!

Highly recommend this beautiful venue!

My husband and I got married at Willowbend on 6/26/21 and everything was perfect! Willowbend is absolutely beautiful. Our guests cannot stop talking about how perfect the venue is and how delicious the food was! Terry did a great job coordinating everything and making sure we were happy! The ceremony was beautiful on the greens and the cocktail hour on the patio was incredible (raw bar is a must). Highly recommend this venue. The prices are very reasonable too!

Gorgeous Wedding Venue

Willowbend is amazing! My husband and I got married in an outdoor tent on the grounds and it was spectacular. The villas, the food, the service and the beautiful ceremony tee are to die for!! My husband played golf before out rehearsal dinner and the pro in the golf shop was very accommodating to our guests. Willowbend provides an excellent flow from ceremony, to cocktail hour to reception. Our cocktail appetizers and stations will be talked about for the rest of time! We loved every minute of our wedding and can't wait to go back to celebrate our anniversary at the villas! Highly recommend Willowbend.

The Perfect Cape Cod Wedding Venue

My husband and I got married at Willowbend on May 1, 2021 after postponing from our original date of May 9, 2020 due to COVID-19. Everything was absolutely perfect! From the food and décor to the seamless flow of the event, I could not have imagined a more perfect day. We originally toured the venue prior to the pandemic and fell in love with the comfortable elegance of the space and amazing atmosphere. One selling point for us was that Willowbend only hosts one wedding a day, so at no point did we feel rushed and every detail came out perfectly. Terry the events coordinator made sure that our original vision was preserved while following pandemic protocols and was always available for recommendations and assistance. We also loved staying at the on-site villas, which were both beautiful and incredibly convenient for the day of the wedding. I am so glad we chose Willowbend and would recommend it to absolutely everyone. It’s a must see, and a must book!

Amazing wedding venue

Terry and everyone at Willowbend truly curated the best day of our lives!! The venue is beautiful, they are accommodating with requests, and everything was smooth sailing from start to finish. We can’t imagine our wedding day having been anywhere other than Willowbend. Thank you Terry!!

Perfect Fall Wedding

Terry and her Willowbend team are absolutely amazing. Our October wedding could not have been anymore perfect. Every moment of our day went smoothly and we did not have to worry about a thing! My family and friends are still talking about the venue ( patio cocktail hour & reception rooms), the food and staff. Everyone at Willowbend was professional and made our wedding day unforgettable. I highly recommend if your looking for a beautiful, delicious and Cape Cod venue this place is for you!!

We had an absolutely amazing experience having our wedding at Willowbend!! Terry was such a pleasure to work with. She was so calm and knowledge throughout the whole planning process, and she and the staff were so flexible with requests. Terry had so many good ideas and recommendations, we really valued her experience and input. The venue and landscape is peaceful, classic, and gorgeous and the food and drinks were delicious and beautifully presented. It was a perfect day and we can’t thank the team at Willowbend enough!!!

My wife and I were married in October 2017 at Willowbend Country Club in Mashpee, MA.

Leading up to the big day Terry Morris was highly available through email and phone. Terry was instrumental in organizing and outlining the ceremony and reception schedules for the big day. Terry demonstrated her wealth of wedding / event knowledge in recommendations that were spot on, while being completely open to suggestion, requests, and questions. She was also on-site the entire night and was there to wish us well when all other guests had left.

Our family and friends also raved about Willowbend – the food, views, service. We echo all of those sentiments, and highly recommend Willowbend Country Club for your wedding ceremony and reception. Thank you, Terry, for all you did for our wedding!

Willowbend is as gorgeous as venues come, and the worker bees are amazing. Terry was a great coordinator who took care of everything and made sure everything went smoothly. She took care of any problems with guests that occured without me even knowing to ensure my groom and I enjoyed the night. It was a perfect night!

Our September wedding at Willowbend could not have been better. Everything was absolutely perfect. Our guests are still talking about how incredible the food was – from the passed apps to the salad to the main courses, it was truly delicious and so well-prepared. The venue is beyond beautiful and makes for gorgeous pictures. It rained all morning on our wedding day, but the staff at Willowbend handled it with ease and we ended up having our ceremony outside. It was foggy and had a mystical feel, and still so pretty. One awesome perk about Willowbend is the Villas. We had our groomsmen stay in one and my bridesmaids stay in the other, and it made the weekend so fun. They are gorgeous and it feels like you’re renting a mini-mansion right on the property! We had our after-party at the guy’s Villa which are friends are still saying was the most fun after-party ever. Jessica, the Villa Manager, was so accommodating and easy to work with throughout the booking process. Terry, the Event Coordinator at Willowbend, was also great. She worked with our families and us to make our wedding day perfect. She was super helpful during the day-of as well. We highly recommend Willowbend and wish we could do it all again!
