Julia went above and beyond to make my husband's and my dream wedding a reality. We started planning a destination wedding in Jackson Hole having never actually been there before, and we quickly realized we were in over our heads and needed a local expert who truly knew the area.
We had our hearts set on a ceremony at The Wedding Tree, but we had absolutely no idea where to begin with the rest of our day or the reception. The moment we hired Julia, a massive weight was lifted off our shoulders. She stepped in and did an incredible amount of legwork, personally visiting and scouting out vendors, restaurants, and ranches to ensure they aligned with our style and vision. Because we couldn't be there in person, she set up frequent video calls and was incredibly quick and easy to reach whenever any questions arose. She also created customized planning documents for us that kept everything beautifully organized and easy to track.
We had a strict budget in mind, and Julia was fantastic at keeping us on track without ever making us feel like we were compromising. On the actual wedding day, her flawless organization allowed us to just relax and take in the magic of the mountains. We are beyond happy that we chose Julia to be our wedding planner, and we cannot recommend her highly enough to anyone getting married near Jackson Hole!
