Hi, I'm Matt, the filmmaker behind Wieters Film Co. Based in Abingdon, Maryland, I film documentary wedding videos across Maryland, Northern Virginia, Pennsylvania, Delaware, and West Virginia.

If the thought of a camera crew directing you all day or asking you to redo a reaction makes you cringe, we'll get along great. Your wedding day isn't a film set. I don't stage moments, ask for second takes, or pull you away from your guests for an hour at sunset. I work quietly alongside your photographer and focus on how the day actually felt and sounded: the shaky vows, the loud laughs during cocktail hour, the speeches, and the little bits of chaos that make the day yours.

I also believe wedding pricing and deliverables shouldn't be a mystery. Every package includes all of your usable raw camera footage at no extra charge, and there are zero travel or mileage fees within two hours of Abingdon, MD (covering Baltimore, Annapolis, Bel Air, Frederick, Loudoun County, Leesburg, Alexandria, York, Lancaster, Harrisburg, Gettysburg, Wilmington, and Harpers Ferry).
