My husband works at a Whole Foods in Salt Lake City, and it was really important for us to have a (somewhat) healthy cake. I am not a big cake person in general, but I do love the Trolley Square SLC Berry Chantilly Cake. It is not available outside the Rocky Mountain Region, but between the two bakery managers in Salt Lake and the Danbury Stores; they not only got the recipe sent to CT, they executed a truly beautiful single tier sheet cake. The cream was perfect, and the berries were generous and ripe.
