Our initial meeting was on FaceTime, and even across the screen we were able to feel the laid back, positive energy that both Craig and James exude — making us comfortable from the very beginning. From the start, through the entire process, and especially on our big day — Craig and James were both so easy to communicate with, work with, and share our special day with. White Tie is extremely professional in the way they handle their business — the response time via email or cell is always so quick, their delivery for both our highlight reel and full length video were both exactly on time, and they surpass exceptions on the content they capture and create. James and Craig have a magical way of making themselves present in all those moments, without ever making you feel like someone is on top of you or that they are even there at all. I can not express how precious our video is — James and Craig captured moments we may not have even noticed happened, moments that were short and quick but so meaningful, all the big moments, and all the little moments in between. It is so true what everyone says, “the day goes by so quickly” and although still photos capture those moments in a timeless way, the video actually brings you back into the moments so you can revisit them for the rest of your lives together, and share those moments with your loved ones now, and the ones to come in the future. When we received our videos, the emotions the video brought us back to left me speechless. Watching the videos brought back happy tears, emotional tears.. it made us laugh so hard we cried, and cry so hard we laughed. James and Craig are amazing. Both are extremely easy to work with, and have an incredibly talented artistic eye. We recently got our highlight video and could not be happier! Craig and James are AMAZING! They are such nice guys who worked with my photographers so well. They answered all my calls and emails so quickly. We never felt like they were on top of us during our wedding day. We hardly knew they were there! We received our teaser about 3 weeks after we submitted our video music request sheet. Then, about a month later, we received our full-length video. It was amazing and months after my wedding, I still watch the video and get to re-experience the amazing memories. Craig and James are awesome! They use natural lighting when possible, which I love! They are such nice guys and worked so well with my photographers! My husband doesn’t really like being the center of attention and didn’t really want videographers, but James reassured us that we wouldn’t even know they were there. He was right, and Tom felt so comfortable with them he even ended up striking up conversations with them and never once felt that he had “cameras in his face.” I haven’t gotten my teaser back just yet, but I saw my friends and hers was so beautiful! I cannot wait to get mine! I will update when I do!

We booked Craig and his team for videography and photobooth services and could not be happier with the outcome. They have so much talent and were so accommodating from day one. I had wanted to use an instrumental piece for our highlight video and though Craig had never worked with one before, he was totally game. We just got our highlight reel and were blown away...totally worth the wait! It was so poignant and perfectly captured all the important moments (both big and little!) in 4 1/2 minutes, ending with an amazing dance montage. Thanks again to Craig and his team for giving us this wonderful keepsake that we'll treasure for years to come. Oh, and their photobooth is phenomenal. The props were a hit and our guests still talk about it!
