The Westlake House is available for formal venues such as weddings, receptions, showers, business retreats and meetings. This location provides formal seating for 30 guests and an additional 50 folding chairs (for indoor use only). The kitchen is fully equipped, including a small ice maker. An outdoor gazebo is included in the reservation. All rentals require a 4 hour minimum. Fees are based on residency.

This place is beautiful and pretty reasonable for a venue. It is available from February - October as they do Holiday in the park from November to the end of the next January. It has a kitchen, handicapped access and several rooms, next to the lake and parking. We have used this place for weddings, baby showers and other events since the 80's. Seating for 80. 50 plastic chairs, 2 plastic tables 2 large wooden tables and 30 wooden chairs.
