We booked a room at the Westin for our wedding night. From the moment we walked in the door, we were treated very professionally and courteously. The gentleman who handled our check-in even provided us with an upgrade to a suite for the night. The views were fantastic! In addition, from the robes and slippers, to the spa-like bathroom and insanely comfortable bed, we had such a relaxing stay. The next morning, we ordered room service for breakfast, and my omelet and my husband's French toast were both very fresh and delicious. The later-than-standard checkout was also nice, and provided us time to relax and not feel rushed. We will be back!Sent on 10/03/2016

Having only four months to plan our wedding with a special date (12/13/14) - we weren't left with many choices. After much searching & asking around my mother heard about The Westin from their sister location and was immediately in touch with Tyler Paape (Special Events Sales Manager). We had an initial meeting with Tyler and he was extremely courteous and professional from that time. He was great at making us feel welcome and letting us know all that would be included should we decide to have our ceremony and reception there. After one look around, we were sold! We had emails going back and forth for weeks between Tyler, my mother, my fiancé (the groom) and myself and Tyler always got back to us within hours (if not minutes) regarding our inquiries. He was extremely helpful in making us feel that our day would go off without a hitch and came back with great ideas for how to make that happen. Our services from the Westin were all beautifully executed with the highest form of professionalism that one would expect from a wedding vendor. I had family and friends tell me during and after (even to this day) how pleased they were with the entire weekend we had staying at The Westin. Tyler even made a beautiful gesture for us and coordinated for a welcome basket to be placed in our room when we arrived at our hotel in Hawaii (a Westin owned location) for our honeymoon week. That was the icing on the cake - not expected, but such a joy to find. We had our daughters Wedding reception at the Westin Galleria and the whole experience was exceptional! The special events Sales Manager Tyler Paape worked so diligently with us! He was fabulous! The Sales Coordinator Theresa Boyle did a awesome job coordinating all of our guests rooms. The food was out of this world and hot when served just as Chef Paul said it would be! As one of our out of town guests stated " the Hotel Staff service was impeccable!"and we could not agree more from what we experienced and heard from others.
