Really enjoyed working with West Point Tours for our wedding transportation! They really came through for me for their willingness to shuttle our guests from one location to another that is 40 minutes away. Michele is very easy to work with and prompt in responding. She is also quick to resolve issues or schedule changes and was flexible in responding and working with us when there was a potential same day location change (which thankfully did not end up materializing). All our drivers were prompt and courteous - no issues or delays!!

Mary was very communicative and helpful with planning our guest transportation. Guests mentioned that the bus was clean, on time, and the driver was great. This helped us have a seamless experience and our guests were able to have a safe mode of transportation to and from the reception.

An incredible transportation service for the Hudson Valley! My husband and I used West Point Tours for transportation to and from our wedding venue, and we were extremely pleased with their efficiency and professionalism. (Not to mention their patience when my husband and I were late getting on the bus at the end of the night!) We had a great experience using West Point Tours for our wedding. Mary was very easy to communicate with. She even reached out to us a few weeks before our wedding because they became aware of a road closure that would impact our route, so we could adjust our departure time for our guests accordingly. I really appreciated her being proactive about this! Our drivers Colleen and Dee were also excellent. The school buses we chartered were clean, air conditioned, and comfortable.

We had an excellent experience with West Point Tours. We used one 49-passenger bus for our entire wedding. Mary was so helpful and responsive throughout the whole planning process. She helped us figure out our transportation schedule for the day. The bus made several trips throughout the day and the timing was perfect for all of the scheduled trips. We used the bus to transport the bridal party to and from the church, as well as a shuttle for our guests from the hotel to the venue and back to the hotel at the end of the reception and the end of the after-party. George, our driver, was so friendly and accommodating. The bus was clean and the perfect size. We highly recommend West Point Tours!

We hired West Point Tours for the transportation for our hotel guests to and from our wedding reception. I was not personally on this coach bus, but my guests all said the coach bus was clean, prompt and there were no issues. My communication with Stacey from the initial contact to the day of the wedding was very thorough. Stacey was very communicative and responsive. Highly recommend!

My worst wedding nightmare is that our guests would be stranded either at the hotel or at the venue at the end of the night. Luckily, neither of those happened since we hired West Point for transportation. They were very easy to deal with and responsive to all questions and concerns I had. We hired 1 school bus, which completed 2 runs since my venue and hotel were very close. I did not personally take the shuttles, but I know my guests were all there for the ceremony on time and no one was left stuck at the end of the night. I would recommend West Point to anyone in this area. Their rates were reasonable and they will handle all of the logistics, leaving you to focus on the most important thing - getting married!
