I loved our photographers so much, we plan to use them again in the future for maternity photos (whenever that may be.) We hired Wendy, and her and her husband Carlos took photos on our day. They captured every angle, and every special moment without being in the way, or distracting us. When they pulled us aside to do special shots they were so creative. They found an art and glass art gallery open at the tlaquepaque and asked the store owners if we could get some shots in there. The had us in the window, in front of a beautiful art piece and took pictures from the outside..... GREAT shots and very original. We also hired them for our "Trash the dress" shots the next day at Slide Rock, and they were so patient, and we had fun all day! They were very reasonable on their prices, especially for having them for 2 days straight. They never rushed us, just kept taking all the shots we were hoping to get. I reccommend them to EVERYONE!!!

Although Wendy and Carlos are two very pleasant people, I can not say the same for the service they provided. Their photography is nice, but their level of responsiveness is terrible. Neither our engagement or wedding photos were provided within the time promised. There were multiple excuses given by them, as to why a deadline wasn't met and now...5 months after our wedding (10/21/12) we never received our wedding photo book, which was part of the package we purchased.

We really like Wendy and Carlos and the work they produce, but their lack of professionalism and reliability has left us with no choice but to give them 3 stars, unfortunately.

Assuming they can work out their level of professionalism and reliability--I would still recommend them, based on the photography they produce. You just need to be willing to deal with a lack of responsiveness.
