My Sister recently got married and had her reception here, It's a good price but they are very unorganized. She told the manager her theme and he kept trying to get her to change everything. The manager also called her the day of the wedding and said we needed to provide men to come set up the tent that they provide.. They made her pay for 3/4 of the decorations AND they kept them after the wedding was over.. the manager said that he would like to keep them because he didn't get help with setting up the decorations. They also kept telling her that she needed to pay them more and more money and kept losing track of what amounts she had already paid them.. When they past out appetizers they singled out a family member and told him he had to stop eating (The boy is 11 years old!) Even though the whole venue staff ate the food and we had to do cake service our selves but the waiters were there and taking their own pieces. She paid for a D.J. and we were given a speaker and an AUX cord. They paid for a rehearsal dinner and didn't get that either. They made the entire experience very stressful. Our family stepped up and made it a great night, filling in all the holes..

For the price it was good for what I got. I was able to have the wedding and reception here, decorations were taken care of; iron decorations with flowers, white linens, center pieces on each table, a decent size 3 tier wedding cake, professional wedding day photos and snacks. I could have used their speaker system to bring my own music but chose to hire a professional harpist.

The things that I wish that went better. I wish that the person did everything he said he would do. I asked for no roses-I had huge roses (did not like this). He failed to make an extra bouquet that I was supposed to toss and he didn't. I did not like the fact that he gave us marital advice that we did not want to hear at all, we just wanted to get the wedding day squared away. I will admit his spin on the table center pieces were great. I hate that he couldn't keep to the schedule we laid out with him, had a few disappointed guests for how long something took because he didn't follow the schedule.
