Rev. Donna married us in August 2016. We had never met her before, since we chose a half way point for my family and his family, which was a 6 hour drive for us, so we didn't really know what she'd be like. But we did talk once on the phone and exhanged several emails beforehand that she was very responsive to.
The pros: she was there on time, despite not all GPS systems taking people to the right place. We were even a little late starting because we were waiting on some people who got lost. She was pleasant, and got the job done. She is much less expensive than others.
The cons: We've never gotten married before, so we didn't really know what we were doing and she didn't give suggestions or tips unlike our other vendors. She just kept saying everything sounded great. I expected a few hiccups since we wanted a laid back ceremony and didn't do a rehearsal. But if I didnt write it down for her, she didn't say it. My husband had to stop her and ask our guests to sit down. I also wasn't too happy when she asked us during the ceremony if we had memorized what we were supposed to say during the ring exchange; she should have asked me that when I was emailing her so she could look over our ceremony details.
Maybe she's much better if you get a chance to meet her and discuss the details in person, but we were kind of dissappointed.
