Weddings and Vows

Dr Dan Hogan was amazing to work with. We got married on 6/6/2026. We booked his services back in April of 2025. He had frequent messaging and was flexible with meetings since we live out of town in Charlotte. We met for our first in-person meeting in December, and he did a little counseling and was very nice and helpful. We opted to do the personality test with him, and he was super helpful, and you could tell the work and love he puts into his work. For the officiant side, he was super flexible; he gave us examples of ceremony words, and I was able to customize how I wanted the ceremony words to be. He was amazing to work with, and I highly recommend him.

Dr. Dan Hogan was a wonderful officiating minister for our wedding! I cannot say enough nice things about him. He met our needs in every way, and we felt he let us have creative freedom with our ceremony, while also helping us adjust and add things that were very nice additions to our wedding.
Dan is very efficient - any time we sent an email or communication to him, we received a response almost immediately. This made the usual stress of planning a wedding much lighter. He also took the time to meet with us before our wedding to go over what it takes to be successful in marriage. This was much appreciated, as my now husband and I learned even more about each other and got to share our important values. He was also a great help in printing, signing, and sending off our marriage license itself. All we had to do was apply for it and he took care of the rest!
As far as the ceremony itself, I could not have been happier! Dan is warm and caring, and executed the ceremony perfectly. I cannot recommend him enough. Thank you for the perfect day!

Reverend Dan was incredible. We were looking to elope and have a beach wedding, he made everything so easy. We lived out of state. He helped us navigate the marriage license process and personalize our ceremony. He even helped us with a photographer and she was amazing as well. He made the ceremony so special. We cannot thank him enough.

Dr. Dan Hogan was an excellent officiant and made the whole experience so seamless and stress free. His level of professionalism, kindness, and wisdom is exactly what we were hoping for. He went the extra mile for us every step of the way and not only helped us craft a beautiful ceremony script but also took the opportunity to sit down and talk with us about what Marriage truly is and how amazing and wonderful our wedding was going to be. Dr. Hogan was hired after google searches for my son’s wedding. He was in contact with the couple, asking questions, and had an overall interest I believe in knowing them and being their minister for this blessed event. He was prompt, and provided a traditional ceremony, I would recommend Dr Hogan, a very nice person and professional minister.

Pastor Dan was great! He met with us in advance to do a pre-consult as well as a final Zoom call to finalize all the details. He had a very good selection of standard ceremonies but was also flexible for us to adapt our own personal vows. Would highly recommend!

Dan made our wedding so incredibly special. He took the time to get to know us beforehand and to give us insights into how to create a beautiful and healthy marriage. It felt like he was apart of our family, and that we’d known him our entire lives. He delivered the most beautiful service. It was everything we could’ve hoped, dreamed, and asked for. Dan was amazing to work with! He was incredibly thorough in preparation for our wedding ceremony outline, and very responsive when we had questions. Not only did he accommodate to a little rain, he led a beautiful, inspiring ceremony the embodied the feel we wanted on our wedding day. So many of our guests came up to us after the ceremony commenting on how lovely Dan was in officiating our wedding and making it special. I am so appreciative of Dan and highly recommend him!

We met with Dan a few days before our Wedding in May 2026, he was extremely kind, caring and professional. We really enjoyed getting to know each other. He helped us prepare and choose how the ceremony would be structured and made sure everything was taken care of paperwork wise. It really helped us. After we left we felt like we’ve know him forever and were good friends. Wedding day, he was on time and led the way and made sure we were taken care of. We are very glad we chose Dr. Hogan to officiate our special day.
