I can’t say enough positives about Wedding Tails. Katelyn was so amazing. I had never met her but knew my pup was in the best hands. We trusted her right off the bat and I’m so grateful we were told about the company because having someone handle our girl and take away any stresses with her getting to and from where she needed to be was so special. Jane and her team truly are the best! We couldn’t be happier with their services. They picked up our pup, Gibson from his boarding facility and drove him to our wedding. They even changed him into his tux! It was truly special having him there to take photos and greet our guests. They treated him with such professionalism. Jane and her team were always very patient, responsive, and in the know of all the inner workings of a wedding. It was a dream come true. We absolutely recommend them without hesitation! I had an amazing experience with Wedding Tails! Last minute, I couldn’t find anyone to take my dogs home from the venue after our ceremony. I was getting worried they wouldn’t be able to come but I found Wedding Tails! I emailed Katelyn and she emailed me within hours to speak with me! After some questions back and forth, Wedding Tails was hired! The day of the wedding, Carolina came and treated our pups so sweetly! Our dogs have a mind of their own but she wrangled them like the pro she is! They were wanting our attention DURING the ceremony LOL and Carolina was doing a great job trying to comfort them during the ceremony. After we were done, she loaded them up and transported them safely home! She undressed them from their wedding attire and put my senior dog in her little sweater. I couldn’t be more happy about this service and I even recommended them to my venue! Thank you so much Wedding Tails!

Amazing service! Our big day would not have been possible without them! Everyone was so sweet and caring. They transported our dog from the rehearsal to our home. Watched him overnight, then brought him to the wedding! Katelyn was Amazon, our dog Cobalt loved her.

Jane was absolutely incredible to work with! She went above and below to make sure our dogs were taken care of during our wedding. Our pups, Banjo & Violet were the flower girl and ring bear. It was such a special moment when they ran down the aisle. Jane made sure they were all "dressed" and ready for photos, ceremony, and cocktail hour. Then went and feed the pups, made sure they went potty, and put them to bed. We felt so comfortable and knew our babies were well taken care of. We had hired another dog handler before and they cancelled last minute, Jane and Wedding Tails saved the day. I am so happy it worked out and they looked after our babies on our wedding day. Honestly, I could not recommend them enough.

Jane and Wedding Tails made our dream of having our dogs in our wedding a reality. Our Pet Attendant, Autumn, came prior to our wedding to meet our dogs and their professionalism and response time was quick and wonderful. We reached out to Wedding Tails in June of 2023 for our wedding in May of 2024. We booked, signed the contract and paid in full after having an extensive 20 message email thread discussing our dogs and our needs for the wedding.

Beginning of May 2024, one week until our wedding, I found it strange that they hadn’t reached out to ask for details since we had never discussed a date or time for the meet and greet, never gave them the Airbnb address where our dogs would be, etc. so I sent them an email with all the details.

They then texted me stating that I wasn’t transparent with our two dogs needing to be separated. I sent them screenshots where we had full conversations about it and where they had even said they could use two separate vehicles to keep the girls separate, etc. They also stated I never mentioned they could be aggressive to humans and that’s because… they’re not lol I never said anything of the sort and they randomly made that up.

After I sent them all the screenshots to prove that we had discussed it all before the contract, they just replied with “sorry” and refunded me and then blocked me on Instagram. It was the most confusing thing and ONE WEEK UNTIL OUR WEDDING!

I’m pretty confident they just forgot they booked me & when I emailed them they needed to make up a reason to cancel on me.
This caused so much unnecessary stress a week before our big day.
