Have served many of Betty's cakes. They are always delicious and were delivered on time

We found Betty to be such a Southern lady. She was very pleasant and easy to work with. She provided a storybook cake that met our daughters wildest imagination. So many people commented how good the cake tasted. The father of the bride raved about the value...well within the budget !!!

Betty Brock made a four-tier cake for my daughter's wedding. It was beautiful and delicious! She met with my two daughters and me several months before the wedding and brought along at least a dozen samples of different flavored cakes and icings for us to taste. All were delicious! We chose the white cake with white chocolate almond buttercream icing and it was wonderful. Her response time was very quick and she was easy to work with. Her prices were better than the other vendors I heard back from. I would definitely recommend Betty Brock and would use her again.

Betty was so easy to work with and her cake is delicious! Everyone commented on how great it was! Plus, it looked exactly like we discussed. I also loved that she had no "hidden" fees. The price quoted was the price she charged. She also takes PayPal which is so convenient. I would recommend Betty to anyone that needs a beautiful, delicious cake for any occasion :)

First of all, let me start by saying my husband doesn't like cake. Period. And I don't like fondant. Now that we have that out of the way I can tell you how impressive Mrs. Betty Brock is.
I called dreamcakes, Olexa's, etc., even Publix). I can't eat more than one bite of a dreamcakes cupcake (too sweet). I can't spend $6 per slice on a (basic no frills) cake from Olexa's. And I just didn't really find anyone else who had cakes that tasted great but weren't outrageously expensive. This is when I called Mrs. Brock. She is the sweetest. It is like having your own grandmother make your cake, but your grandmother is the bomb-diggity queen of not only making a perfectly mouth watery moist almond cake, with buttercream filling, but I could even eat (and wanted to eat) the delicious almond fondant too. And let's just discuss for a moment (shall we?) how insanely beautiful my wedding cake was. It was out of this world! It was a 5-tier lace cake with sugar paste calla lilies.
Remember when I said that my husband does not like cake? Well, he pulled me from the reception not once but TWICE just to get extra pieces. We had a lot leftover since it served 166 and we were only expecting 130 at our seated/reception but for the price, I don't regret getting extra and it really made a statement in the ballroom. A smaller cake would have been swallowed up. Honestly, I can say that I was most proud of the cake, of all the money Jon and I spent on the wedding, we ended up REALLY enjoying that cake. As a matter of fact, we still have some in the fridge and it still tastes incredible. It is only now starting to taste similar to other wedding cakes (consistency wise).
Anywho, if you need an honest, hassle free wedding cake experience, give Mrs. Betty Brock a call. You won't regret it! We are STILL getting compliments on that cake and most people have said it was the best wedding cake they have ever had. :-) Thanks so much Mrs. Brock!!!

I loved the cakes Betty made for my wedding! I told her what I was wanting and she made it to a T! It was both delicious and beautiful! I highly recommend her cakes!

I was in of a wedding cake with 3 weeks of my wedding. The person who was supposed to do my cake couldn't make my cake. I was looking for some quick and I ran across this website with Betty's information so I emailed her and told her my situation. She emailed me back and told me she had an opening on the day of my wedding and she could do my cake. I meet with her and she had several different flavors to choose from, it was hard to decide which one I wanted. I chose the white-almond flavor cake, it was a hit at my wedding we didn't have any cake left but a corner piece. I would to recommend Betty's Cake to any one who needs a cake. Betty is a very sweet person, she will work with you to accommodate you. The cake was beautiful and tasted really good. Thank you Betty for making wedding beautiful.

Betty made my daughter's wedding cake and my son-in-law's groom's cake! She has an amazing array of choices in cakes, icings, flavors, etc.!! Her creations are delicious as well as beautiful! She is very gifted and will go out of her way to please you!

Betty did a fabulous groom's table by making the groom's favorite dessert, chocolate pie. She also made beautiful and delicious monogrammed cookies, chocolate covered strawberries and precious decorated pretzels. She is a delight to work with and prompt and professional with the set up and delivery. Everything she made was complimented on at the reception.

Betty's baked goods are the BEST! Not only do they look beautiful, everything taste incredible! Each creation is unique. I HIGHLY recommend Betty for any cake or baked good you may want to order.
