Bubbly, kind and endlessly thoughtful, she truly went above and beyond every step of the way. No detail was too small, no request too big - she handled everything with such grace and enthusiasm, making us feel supported and excited throughout the entire process.

Not only did she plan our dream wedding at the stunning Nikis Resort, but she also had the incredibly special role of being our celebrant. The ceremony was deeply personal, heartfelt, and full of joy - she captured our story so beautifully that there wasn’t a dry eye in sight. It was the perfect start to a celebration we will never forget.

On the day itself, she was a calming, joyful presence, orchestrating everything behind the scenes with ease and making sure we could simply enjoy every moment. Because of her, our wedding day was not only breathtaking but also meaningful and full of love.

We had already celebrated our wedding in Venezuela, but we wanted to have a more intimate celebration in Italy with our closest loved ones. Umbria, with its breathtaking landscapes, won us over, and among all regions, Assisi and Spello stole our hearts. A key role in this was played by Renata, a sweet person who supported us throughout the entire planning process. She was able to interpret our desires with extraordinary sensitivity, improving every idea with her professionalism and creativity. We were let down by a wedding planner, who could not get to grips with our brief, so we decided to look for an alternative. We stumbled across Renata from Wed.U profile on hitched.co.uk and after exchange of a few messages, she was willing to take on the challenge. We only had 3 months to plan the wedding from start to finish.

Our original plan was to legally marry in the UK and have a symbolic wedding in Italy. Due to delays with the 1st wedding planner, we couldn’t marry in the UK and had to go through the entire process of legally sorting documents to get married in Italy. Thankfully, Renata is an absolute super woman! Nothing was a problem, and she helped so much with everything, from advice on what was required, to calling up for regular updates and chasing documents from the Italian side. This helped tremendously especially the fact we are not fluent in Italian. From the moment we had our first virtual (face to face) meeting, she filled us with so much hope, excitement and joy to be getting married. She is absolutely amazing and every time we hit an issue, she was always constructive with lots of how to get around things and positivity. Communicating with Renata was a breeze.

We arranged a small intimate wedding of 20 guests, at a beautiful villa in the breathtaking Umbrian countryside. We all stayed at the villa for 4 nights, 5 days and wanted our guests to have plenty to eat, drink and be entertained. Renata helped so much with everything. We had a pizza party the first night, she helped with translation & ordering all the pizza & assisted with directions to the villa. The following day she arranged a cultural tour of the beautiful town of Assisi for all 20 guests. Again, she was a superhero, meeting us off the bus at Assisi, taking us around all the most beautiful sights and of course her trump card the best gelato place in Umbria! 🍧😁She helped organise our wine tasting event and dinner with the locals and taking into consideration all our guests’ dietary requirements.

The wedding followed, Renata was a superhero once again. She had taken delivery and counted all the equipment, calling in outside help where needed. She organised everything, set up the table’s chairs, coordinated the catering, photographer, DJ, florist and told us what, where and when to do things. She truly made it the best day of our lives; we could not have wished for anything more. Renata really takes pride and passion in what she does and really does go the extra mile and some to help. We had a very tight budget, a very tight time frame, lots of complications and delays with the paperwork side of things, but nothing was a problem for her, and she literally pulled us out of a tight spot to give us a dream Italian country wedding. We are both so happy and now look at all the photos and both say to ourselves “I can’t believe we actually did it! – we actually pulled it off!” None of this would have been possible without Renata. Without her our dream would not have come true. She is our Super Woman!
