A dream come true and it’s all thanks to Simona. Simona is a godsend! I can never thank her enough. She’s such a loving woman, detailed oriented, loves her job but most of all loves her couples. I’m really going to miss her she became a part of us. Thanks to Simona we were able to have the most wonderful three day wedding week. She took all the load off of me (the bride) she has amazing vendors that she works with and always maintains communication. We always looked forward to our video meets, she always encouraged our excitement and she got excited with us as well. She’s the sweetest woman you’ll ever meet! All of our guests loved her and she made sure to care for everyone as well.
She takes so much pride in all she does and it shows. She is extremely organized, open to a lot of different perspectives and ideas and always makes sure to give you the best. She thinks of details and ideas I wouldn’t have and she always kept things on theme and it showed. Before finding Simona we interviewed 4 other planners but her amazing heart shined through! I mentioned I dreamed of getting married in Abbazia di San Galgano and without a hesitation she said “even if you don’t choose me, I’ll help you secure a date”. Those words I’ll never forget because it’s her heart that shows how loving and caring she is. We were lucky enough to have her as our wedding translator and that for us means the world. She married us, laughed and cried with us we shared some delicious porchetta sandwiches (my now favorite) but most of all ..she became family.

I would recommend her a 100 times over and will do it all over again with her by our side. She took all my Pinterest ideas, all my pictures all my inspiration and made it all come true. Thank you for making our dream come true! For supporting our love, for always working to make sure everything was perfect. Simona you are the best we love you.

After speaking with five different wedding planners, Simona was the first who truly made me feel like my vision could come to life. Planning a destination wedding is no small feat, especially with time differences, but Simona always made herself available. Whether it was early morning or late evening, I could reach out anytime—and she consistently responded promptly and with care.

Simona helped us plan a three-day celebration, including coordinating a beautiful welcome dinner at a local restaurant, our wedding day itself, and even a wine tour for all our guests the following day. I wasn’t able to visit the venue in advance, but she took that stress off my plate entirely. She conducted a full site inspection, sent detailed photos, and walked me through exactly how each part of the event would unfold.

She also went the extra mile to negotiate deals with local vendors, which was a huge bonus. Her ability to manage last-minute changes was incredible—on the wedding day, strong winds forced us to relocate our ceremony, and she handled everything calmly and smoothly. She made me feel completely at ease, even when plans had to shift.

Simona is organized, thoughtful, and truly talented at what she does. If you’re looking for someone who will not only plan your event but make it feel effortless and special, Simona is the one. I couldn’t be more grateful for everything she did to make our wedding celebration so unforgettable.

Simona was highly flexible in working with us as we worked through planning our wedding. We initially contacted Simona about doing a larger wedding in the future. When we decided to switch to doing a smaller more intimate ceremony with only a couple months to plan, we were worried that we weren't giving Simona enough time to pull things together.

Simona was extremely accommodating and was able to line up vendors and locations to choose from, even on such short notice.

I also have to say, all the vendors Simona led us to were among the best we have seen in any of the weddings we have attended. We couldn't have been more happy with all of her recommendations.

Simona also did a great job at building a vision for our unique wedding and executing, even through inclement weather. We definitely loved our experience working with Simona and the wedding she was able to put together.
