Warm Springs Inn & Winery is an exclusive rustic winery and wedding venue in Wenatchee, Washington. We only host 12 weddings per year and we offer Weekend Wedding experiences!

Weekend Wedding Venue Pricing

Weekend Wedding venue rates are as follows (not including sales tax or the cost of all six rooms):

40 guests & under - $2,950

Up to 100 Guests - $5,350

Up to 150 Guests - $6,350

Up to 200 Guests - $7,350

For each 50-guest increment (up to 300 guests) - $1,250 additional

Six Guest Rooms, (12 people--2 nights minimum) - $1,650/night = $3,300 (not including lodging sales tax)

Due to our type of liquor and winery license, all alcoholic beverages (beer, wine, spirits) & non-alcoholic selections needs to be supplied by Warm Springs Inn for all events on the property. Licensed bartender service is included. We're happy to work with you on special selections and availability throughout the weekend.

Not included in the Weekend Wedding Package pricing:

• Food & Beverages including Wedding Cake or Desserts
• China, glassware, silverware, or linen napkin rental costs
• Photographer
• Officiate
• Florist
• Decorations (All decorating set up and take down needs to be done by wedding party- decorators)
• Music (DJ-MC or live music)
• Tent rentals (rarely needed)
• Private Wedding Planner services including the Day-of-Event Coordinator (our event coordinator can assist with many venue-related details throughout the planning process)

Facilities and Capacity

Warm Springs Inn & Winery offers both private and outdoor venue space for weddings of up to 250 guests (May-September) and 10-35 guests (indoor only) during off peak season. The property is comprised of 10 acres on the river, with cherry orchards and gently rolling hills providing a picturesque background for your ceremony. A rustic gazebo is available onsite to use as the ceremony altar or chuppah. The event lawn also features a DJ pad perfect for an outdoor reception. The inn can be transformed into an intimate dining area for small receptions.

Services Offered

Warm Springs Inn & Winery helps guests create their vision of the perfect day with several package options from which to choose. You will have access to the inn for the entire wedding weekend, from Friday to set up until the post-wedding Sunday brunch. You will have access to get-ready rooms and will be treated to a gourmet breakfast and mimosas on the big day. Tables and ceremony chairs will be provided for your convenience. During the reception, the staff will serve a full list of estate wines as well as premium beer and liquor.

Accommodations

Warm Springs Inn & Winery offers luxury guest rooms and suite accommodations for the wedding weekend. You will have exclusive access to the six rooms and suites with luxury amenities included. You may host your wedding party and other honored guests, and enjoy the suite on your wedding night. Warm Springs Inn & Winery also offers romantic weekend getaways for your anniversary or engagement.
