Not enough words can describe how absolutely STUNNING this venue is. We had searched everywhere to find the perfect venue and nothing compared to Vista View. From the scenery to the incredible pricing, we couldn’t turn this venue down. Not only was the venue everything we had dreamed of, the VVE team was incredible to work with. At our tour, they made us feel like we were the only couple they were working with. They were all so friendly and down to earth and made our wedding planning process seamless. Their communication and attention to detail was top tier. I have never been so impressed by a group of women. We are so thankful we stumbled across this hidden gem and are forever grateful to the VVE team for making our wedding day so memorable and seamless!

When I was looking for Colorado wedding venues, it was overwhelming. I wanted somewhere with a beautiful view, affordable, and inclusive. When I came across the photos of Vista View Events my jaw dropped!!!! I was OBSESSED with the waterfront ceremony view!! I quickly looked at their website and it was very easy to read and follow! All the necessary information was on the website, tons of photos, and offered many things included in your booking! Having tables, chairs, decor, and many other things included was SUCH a relief!! I didn't need to book those things through a rental company. Their available dates were also on the website which was helpful in knowing/planning for what date we wanted. I was hooked and needed more details! I emailed them and got a very quick response back from the owner, Kinsey! LET. ME. TELL. YOU. ABOUT. KINSEY!!!! Wow, she was SO INCREDIBLY helpful throughout the whole process, answering questions, quick communication, and was SO KIND!!! She is very involved and is there to help YOU and help make your wedding perfect! She is 100% on your team!!

My fiance and I live in Wyoming, so we had never been to the venue in person. Kinsey booked us an in-person tour on a date we were able to travel up there. The photos you see do not do this venue justice. It is STUNNING!!!!!!! I was in awe the whole time being there! It made me SO excited! Kinsey was warm and welcoming! She instantly felt like a friend and cared about me as a human. I had a million questions and ideas, and she answered every single one for me. In the fall, she hosted a decor faire event, where couples could go to the venue and see different decor set up and options. There I met her in-house coordinator, Chelsea Cholas, and they showed me so many beautiful ways you can decorate the space! That was helpful because we were able to nail down my table settings in person! Then, one month out from our wedding, we had our final decor/timeline walkthrough with Kinsey, and my two coordinators. They were so helpful, organized, and really got every piece of information needed for our big day! I was thankful for every meeting and was so excited every time I walked onto the property.

Finally, this May was our wedding day!!!! I felt so at ease with everything, I was not stressed one bit! The venue was set up exactly how I wanted it, Kinsey and her staff were there working hard making sure my day was perfect! The venue and property are so gorgeous it makes for unreal wedding photos!!! Booking Vista View Events was THE best decision we made for our wedding. And, I couldn't be more appreciative for Kinsey! You should ONE MILLION PERCENT book your wedding here!!!

THE VENUE OF OUR DREAMS!!! I’m not sure where to even start because I had such an amazing experience!!! The moment we saw this place, it had our hearts. My favorite part about this place isn’t the view, but the people. From our walk throughs with Katie, to our talks with Kinsey, to our days with Charley, we had a wonderful staff experience. Katie and Kinsey have made this place their heart and soul and you can definitely tell. They were amazing from start to finish. They have planners through Kosi Events who work with them and this was an AMAZING experience. We did not run into another venue who had planners so easily available. So I loved it!!! We were so thankful to be paired with Charley from Kosi and she was the real star of our day. We could not have done this without the staff being there for us so much through this entire process. We felt truly lucky and blessed. This venue team did literally everything for us. By the end, I truly felt like I was speaking with friends. We will truly remember them forever and our experience was heightened because of these amazing and hardworking people. As for the venue itself & the view: unbeatable!!!! From the field to the deck, this place is magical!!! The new decor faire option is also AMAZING! Definitely take advantage!!! We really had the greatest wedding of all time and all our guests are still raving about how beautiful it was. THANK YOU VISTA VIEW!!! No words can describe how incredible our experience was with Vista Views. It was such a beautiful and perfect day my husband and I have been saying we wish we could do it all over again. Working with Kinsley was such a pleasure. She made me feel so comfortable and helped ease all of worries especially since my wedding was a destination wedding. The venue is even more stunning than the pictures, my guests and family still talk about our wedding. The day of all I had to do was get ready and they handled everything else! Amazing venue, wonderful to work with, perfect mountain location. Very rustic chic. Accessible for guests but a little hard for other vendors to travel to.

Vista View Events is honestly magical. We loved what we saw of the venue online, and visiting it in person (after visiting 10+ other venues in two different states) only validated our choice even more. My now husband and I planned our Colorado wedding all the way from Virginia, and Kinsey, Katie, and their team could not have made the process any smoother. We are still reliving our perfect day through all the beautiful photos and so our are guests! Thank you VVE!

Kinsey was always and will likely always be very responsive, detailed and exciting. Besides the venue being drop dead gorgeous, Kinsey was a major reason why we chose Vista View Events. We felt this was a place run by people we could trust to ensure our big day was everything we could ever dream of. Kinsey was very communicative during the early months of COVID - helping us understand how and why our wedding was being affected by our states regulations. When the time came to make the decision on how to move forward with our wedding, we were ready to cancel completely and chalk this up to a very unfortunate experience. Because my own business basically closed over night, we knew at this point it more important to save our money and work on rebuilding our lives. When we made this decision, we were told if we canceled we would receive none of our payment back. We were enticed to pay in full for a 5% discount, totaling a mere $285 in savings. Vista View has a clause in their contract stating “Vista View Events is not liable for and does not provide refunds for events not held due to uncontrollable circumstances. Uncontrollable circumstances included but are not limited to family issues or obligations, an act of God or war or weather”. Because of this clause and COVID, we made the decision to postpone our wedding until 2021 instead of walking away loosing $5,865. During this time of postponement, Vista View received their liquor license which meant we had to cancel our already paid for contract with our preselected beverage vendor. Luckily our beverage vendor was completely understanding and gave us our money back in full, breaching their own contract to do so. Because of drug out frustrations and our life as newly weds taking off, we decided it was best for us to move forward in life and cancel our wedding. We understood what our contract stated and that Vista View would likely provide no flexibility in even a partial refund, but we moved forward with our decision. All of our vendors worked with us on refunds and were understanding that COVID was something worth being flexible about. I even had a vendor offer our deposit back - but he needed time to make the money to give back to us. We are not greedy or facetious people. We understand more than most that COVID has taken a huge toll on people financially as we ourselves were affected in our professional industries. We hoped Vista View would find some understanding in the last year and be willing to work with us on even a partial refund, but that has not been the case. We were thankful to receive our security deposit back, even though we would have if our event had taken place as planned. We understand what our contract states, but we have also learned how to be flexible and understanding while suffering through a pandemic. Though we wish no ill wishes to Vista View, we feel obligated to share our story as their actions have contributed to our heart break of the last year. We encourage anyone who plans to have a wedding with Vista View or any venue, to read your contract (every line - fine print), weigh the benefits of a 5% discount if paid in full, hope their are no “acts of God” that affect your wedding and be flexible when your venue breaches their own contract obtaining their liquor license.
