Facilities and Capacity
Available between early May and late October, Vintage Valley Weddings and Events can accommodate celebrations of up to 150 guests in total. The centerpieces of the property are the rustic yet romantic barn and farmhouse which can host both joyous ceremonies and fun-filled receptions alike. Though dating back over 25 years, this charming event has been fully renovated for a feeling of both comfort and convenience. It features vintage wood furnishings, shimmering lighting, and more, to create a relaxed and inviting atmosphere for gatherings of all shapes and sizes. Outdoor celebrations can be hosted outside the barn on the majestic manicured lawn. Offering a beautiful backdrop with sprawling foothills and stunning sunsets, it is the perfect place to host weddings full of West Virginia splendor. Spacious get-ready rooms are also provided, allowing to-be-weds to prepare for their day in secluded peace and privacy.

A wife and mother, Candi understands how important your day is and is ready to put every detail in place for a stress-free celebration. She knows that no two weddings are the same and offers an extensive range of services to provide each couple with a bespoke planning experience. Every wedding package includes two-day access to the grounds and includes event design, setup, cleanup, rentals, customized floral arrangements, and more.

Candi Kaufman is the owner and Wedding Planner at Vintage Valley. In addition to running Vintage Valley, she is also a full-time elementary teacher and mother of two beautiful children in addition to all the barn critters who also call her mom.
“My dream of owning a wedding venue and helping brides plan their dream wedding was born one weekend when we hosted a wedding for some friends on our farm. That weekend, we built beautiful relationships with many new friends, we laughed, we cried, we lived life together for 3 days. I will never forget the day of the wedding, when my husband looked at me as we were prepping an area and said: "You are good at this, you should this more!" That was it. From that point on a vision was born. The evening of the wedding solidified it as countless people we never met, continuously were overwhelmed at the day we created for this dear couple to begin their life together.
One thing I want to offer, that is different from other venues, is an ability to custom design your wedding for you. I want to begin with your vision, and give each bride an authentic experience unique to your personality. I want you to feel loved…like part of the family…as you spend your time with us.”
