Absolutely perfect food. If you've ever eaten at Vincent's restaurant or been to their farmer's market, you will know the food that I am talking about. Vincent prepares French food with a slight Southwestern flair ( for example for appetizers we had wood-fired pizzas and mini lobster chimichangas). Amy Fox, their catering manager, was also our day-of wedding planner and did a fantastic job. She was firm, confident, and always on the ball.
