Vermont Country Deli catered my wedding and made the food the highlight of the reception. Their skillets of Mac & Cheese is to die for. Tracey was fantastic about helping me stay organized and on top of things. She helped me with ordering rentals (place settings etc) and worked with my cake baker to make sure everything would be all set for the big day. They were even able to work with the lack of formal kitchen at Stonewall Farm. We secured them a grill & they worked with what was available. The results were delicious comfort food. All of our guest were raving about the meal.

We used Vermont Country Deli for our wedding catering and could not have been happier. From the moment I met Tracey and saw their store, I knew it was the right fit. They have delicious, no-nonsense, foods with a homecooked feel. When we went for our tasting, it was such a fun experience. We got to meet the chef, and try an assortment of foods, all with a bottle of champagne. Tracey was excellent with communicating with us right up until the wedding day and it was everything I hoped it would be. The food was outstanding and all of our guests loved it (especially the mac and cheese!) Prices are great for the quality of food and service.

This should be your one and only choice for your wedding caterer!!! We were married at Alyson's Orchard and VCD is one of the preferred caterers there - we were more than thrilled, as we had been to the store on a number of occasions.

Tracey is an absolute gem. She makes herself available at all times to her brides, is proactive in contacting you to ensure you stay on track with your timeline, helps to design your menu, holds a tasting for couples and their parents... Among many other amazing things! She even contacted me several days prior to my wedding telling me not to worry about the weather (as she had heard I was worried about rain).

My goal was to have amazing wedding food, as it so often falls flat - this mission was accomplished! As my husband and I made our rounds around the tables - all the guests could talk about was how AMAZING the food was - the best they'd ever had!!
