We pack all your rentals, Deliver, Set it up and pick it up so you and your families don’t have too. We are Open by appointment only so we get all the details of your Event exactly how you envision.

Venue in a Box is Amazing! And they provide catering as well!

I just had Venue in a Box supply the most beautiful tables, chairs and linens for my wedding. They created a stunning wedding venue in my parent's back yard and they provided the most delicious catered meal for the reception. What a great company, they do it all and do it all exceptionally. Also, Jenn is a delight to work with, professional, polite and knowledgeable. She made my wedding awesome!

Beautiful rentals

Venue In A Box was recommended to us by our venue. I met with Cindy early on to pick out what rentals we would need. She was super knowledgable about the entire wedding industry, gave us tons of advice, and had great ideas for what rentals we would need and how to lay things out.
We had a long engagement and ended up going back to her around 14 months after placing our original order. Cindy again was super helpful and understanding about all the changes we were wanting to make now that we had a better idea of what our wedding would look like.
Cindy was also always super fast to respond to emails.
Once we arrived at our venue we saw Cindy had already dropped off our rentals and then were perfectly organized and had diagrams of everything we had discussed so that our planner was able to put everything out how we wanted it. We also just boxed everything up after the wedding and they came and picked it up.

Amazing to work with!

Chris and Cindy are wonderful, caring, responsive, accommodating and professional. They were so wonderful to work with and helped make my wedding vision come to life. I honestly couldn't have pulled off my big day without them. Thank you again!

Disappointed

Although leading up to my wedding we had been very happy with Venue in a Box, they really disappointed us on our wedding day. My partner and I were married in August of 2024 at a large outdoor state park in Oregon. I was 7 months pregnant for the wedding and hired them to make the setup and decor for the wedding go as smoothly as possible. Despite doing a site visit with both owners two months prior (where they took notes and copious photos and after which we created a detailed supply list that they actively edited and approved) they forgot where the wedding venue was on the day of the wedding. Yea, it's true... They were supposed to start setting up for the wedding at 8am and the wedding was to start at 11am. At 8:17am that morning they emailed my partner (why didn't they call?) and told us they didn't know where the venue was. We directed them. In our supply list I had added photos of where all the signs for the event should be placed as guests entered the park, to help everyone navigate the park to the ceremony site--they didn't put any of them up except within 10 feet of the ceremony parking area. When we had done the site visit with the two owners, we told them no one would be onsite to help them if they needed direction, and they assured us they would setup everything as we discussed and be in and out way before the guests arrived at 10:30am. Easy! Unfortunately, they brought ALL the wrong tables for the reception (round tables instead of rectangles for 110 guests), so when my partner and I arrived at 10:30am for the ceremony, they were still there setting up the wedding venue and the reception area was not complete at all. It was chaos and the last thing you want to see when you arrive to walk down the aisle. It took them so long to complete the setup, that even after the ceremony AND wedding photos with the wedding party were complete, one of the owners came and asked us if we could further delay the reception by another 30 minutes because they were still getting that last of the tables in place. Our guests were great and chilled at the bar in the meantime, fortunately. My partner and I took more wedding photos in the ceremony area while we waited and were suddenly told by the owner to be very careful around the wedding arch because it was extremely precarious and shouldn't be touched or it may fall. This was after the ceremony--you know, where we had all been gathered for the wedding. What?? Other little things: they didn't add the reserved seating cards to the ceremony seats, they didn't bring the tiered wedding cake stand for which we paid extra, and they didn't setup the mini photo booth/guest sign in we had packed until the ceremony was about to begin. It was all such a big bummer.
A wedding is a big day, and I'm sad to have such stressful memories of what should have been a very smooth and happy experience. I would not try my luck with them again.
