We got married at Venue 1902 in October 2025 and are so happy we chose this venue! From our first tour with Aleshia, we felt genuinely welcomed, and it was clear how much they care about their couples. Throughout the year leading up to our day, the team was always quick to respond to questions and easy to get in touch with. They also host several events before your wedding, which gives you more opportunities to see the venue set up, furniture rental options, and meet vendors. They have curated a very thoughtful list of suggested vendors, we booked the majority of ours from this list and highly recommend them.

During our venue search, flow from ceremony to cocktail hour to reception space was very important to us, and Venue 1902 was one of the few places that truly delivered. We loved having three separate spaces with great flow. We didn’t end up needing the rain plan, but having a solid option was really important to us, especially with Florida weather, and knowing we could wait until two hours before to make that call gave us so much peace of mind!

This venue truly has everything, great getting-ready spaces, the most beautiful and photogenic ceremony garden, indoor and outdoor options for cocktail hour, and an upstairs reception space that is stunning and so customizable. The bridal suite was absolutely perfect for me and my bridal party to get ready in with plenty of space, mirrors, and great natural light. The groom's room and library were the perfect spots for the guys to hang out and brunch was delivered right to both our rooms included. On our wedding day, Lisa (the owner) and her sons were on site, and along with the valet team, they were a dream when it came to setup and jumping in to help with flow for some guests that arrived early. So many of our guests complimented both the beauty of the venue and the helpfulness of the staff, saying it was the best wedding they’ve been to. We truly cannot recommend Venue 1902 enough!!

I had the most remarkable amazing staff. The venue was clean and perfect. The rustic glam look I was going for was exactly what the Venue offered. You cannot go wrong with this place. Absolutely stunning. You can just see from my photos of the views..

We found Venue 1902 through an event post on Facebook, and it was only the second venue we toured in person — we booked it within 24 hours. They had a great incentive at the time, and we immediately fell in love with the space.

From the first tour, the team was amazing. Adriana showed us around and was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. Aleshia assisted with finalizing our booking and was just as wonderful. We met with Adriana in person two more times before the wedding and also communicated frequently via email — responses were always prompt and thorough, which made the planning process feel organized.

Venue 1902 provides a curated list of recommended vendors (with catering to be selected from their approved options--plus with BYO alcohol option too) and hosts vendor events throughout the year (plus twice a year exclusively for couples who have already secured a date). These were a valuable part of planning — we found our phenomenal vendors: caterer, hair/makeup artist, photographer, and photobooth company through these.

The team was transparent about what their day-of coordination service includes versus what would require an additional decor placement fee, which we appreciated. They also offer a wide range of decorations, with a price list provided after booking. We were open about our budget throughout the entire process, and we never felt judged or pressured to spend more. A month before the wedding, they set up an online planning tool that helps organize the guest list/seating chart/general layouts and allows you to access/edit at home after, making it easy to visualize the wedding day setup.

Small tip: If you plan to have hair and makeup services at the venue, coordinate with your artists early to determine what time you’ll need venue access. You might be surprised at how long it takes to complete hair and makeup!

Between our booking and our wedding, Venue 1902 implemented a day-of coordination partnership with the company Just Marry!. Initially, this change made me (bride) a bit nervous, but those concerns were put to rest. While our full experience with Just Marry! deserves its own separate review, I cannot say enough positive things about Emylie, who was absolutely incredible and played a huge role in ensuring our wedding day ran smoothly.

Venue 1902 truly has thought of everything. It’s an all-in-one venue with spacious bride and groom getting-ready suites (filled with natural lighting), lots of clean bathrooms, and beautiful outdoor ceremony (with the option to move indoors due to weather at no extra cost)/indoor+outdoor cocktail hour/indoor reception spaces. With so many unique spots for photos, the venue looks beautiful no matter the angle—and equally striking in color or black and white. There is ample parking plus valet service and elevator access to the reception area on wedding day (available for guests who NEED it). They even lock the bridal suite during the wedding to ensure personal belongings are secure. Brunch provided during wedding day was delicious and substantial. Thoughtful touches like mailing a letter and tote bag for the bride months before the wedding as well as giving us a bottle of champagne during the wedding rehearsal made us feel cared for.

A little heads up for future brides planning to wear a long veil—mine got caught on the flooring of the outdoor ceremony aisle, which was totally fine; I just wasn’t ready meheheheh!

Overall, Venue 1902 is absolutely stunning, professionally run, and exceeded our expectations in every way. We highly recommend it to any couple looking for a beautiful, seamless, and well-thought-out wedding venue.

Historic Venue 1902 was truly the venue of our dreams! It was the perfect combination of elegance, history, and classic charm. We’re still reliving that day over and over—it went even better than we could have imagined.

Their planning platform made the process so easy. Being able to see our rentals laid out visually helped us make confident decisions, and the design calls were incredibly helpful whenever we had questions. Honestly, their team felt like having a built-in wedding planner! The staff handled everything with such professionalism and care—from the design phase to coordinating vendor logistics on the day of the wedding. We didn’t have to worry about a thing.

The space itself was stunning. The guys loved hanging out in the Library, and the girls had an amazing time in the beautiful getting ready room. Everything was well thought out and so accommodating. Our guests couldn’t stop complimenting the venue and the flow of the day.

We can’t recommend Historic Venue 1902 enough. The team is exceptional, the setting is gorgeous, and the entire experience was flawless from start to finish. Best venue and best staff—hands down!

I cannot recommend this venue enough. The staff is INCREDIBLE and so helpful. The venue comes with a day of coordinator who you meet with periodically before the big day- which was super helpful and you don't have to worry hiring an outside vendor for the planning. The location is also amazing, very close to downtown if you are interested in continuing the party, or even to do a rehearsal dinner nearby. The communication was always timely and super helpful throughout this entire process. Anytime I felt stressed, I would talk to their team and instantly felt better. The getting ready room for both the bride and groom were so spacious and was a perfect place to hang out. The venue itself was beautiful and very well priced. So many people have asked me about it and complimented our wedding. This venue and the staff truly made our day nothing short of perfect and I would highly recommend them to anybody and I wish I could re-live it all over again.

My husband and I got married at 1902 and we have nothing but great things to say about them! They were extremely professional the entire time, very responsive with emails, and was there for any issues day of. We didn't have to wait days for a response if we needed to email them with a question, there was always someone available to answer our questions! We had a few last minute changes after our final counts were submitted and there was no problem getting things switched around. Everything went so smoothly with them! We can't recommend them enough!

My husband and I got engaged in May 2023 and when it came to searching for a venue, there were so many things to consider; venue size, location, charm, accommodations, and most importantly, price!

We checked out multiple venues and this one checked all the boxes! When I walked in the first time, I fell in love with the charm the place had and loved how unique it was! For starters, the venue was stunning and it spoke for itself! The get ready spaces were the biggest I’d seen of all the venues we visited; super spacious and could easily fit 8+ people in there without feeling crammed! I also loved that the venue offered a day-of coordinator to help ensure everything goes smoothly on wedding day. They hosted multiple “open house” events, which allowed people to come in and speak with different vendors they typically work with, such as catering, DJ, flowers, etc. This was such an awesome idea because otherwise I would have no clue where to start for finding out vendors! It also allowed us to see the venue with different styles of decor and it gave us ideas for what we would want for our wedding day too! Speaking of which, the venue had a plethora of decor to choose from which could be rented which was really nice! When it came to planning, the venue offered a portal which was the primary form of communication with the staff members, they were quick to respond and super helpful!

In May 2024, my husband and I got married here and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice!! On the day of and the days after, we had so many of our friends and family coming up to us, sharing how much they loved the venue!

We would certainly recommend this venue to anyone who’s looking to get married! I hope to visit again one day for a loved one’s wedding, because I truly could not get enough of this beautiful building!❤️

Venue 1902 is the perfect wedding venue for a beautiful, stress-free day! From the first tour and meeting with Aleshia, everyone we met with or spoke to from the venue was so kind, patient, and they truly cared about making our big day special.

Our day-of coordinators (Adriana, Ady, and Haley) were incredibly kind and so well-organized. We supplied our own decor and had vendors dropping off floral/favors/cake- everything from load-in and set-up of the decor to teardown and load-out went seamlessly. If any issues arose, they were solved and I didn’t know and had no stress on my wedding day.

In addition to the incredible people working to ensure your wedding is perfect, the venue itself is beautiful. The bridal suite is perfect for getting-ready photos, the courtyard is wonderful for first looks and family portraits, and the whole space is bright and airy. We highly recommend getting married at Venue 1902!

Choosing Historic Venue 1902 was one of the best decision I've made everything turned out beautiful the workers were awesome and very kind and sweet. On our wedding day they were very attentive to us keeping us calm checking to see if we're doing OK. Overall the staff and the venue was and is awesome. I would 1000% recommend Historic Venue 1902 to anyone looking for a clean affordable professional place to host their special day.
