I currently live in San Diego, but grew up near Klamath Falls. When we decided we were going to get married at the Running Y, I knew the 2nd most important part of my wedding planning was to find a photographer...the pictures are forever. The tough part about kfalls is not a lot of companies have reviews from customers. I decided I would go with Ben Vallejos since he has been around for years, when I first started the process his customer service was amazing. During the wedding he seems to be taking a lot of pictures. When I finally received the pictures after several call from me and my husband, it was a big disappointment! Photographers with a few years of experience could have taken better pictures. The most disappointing part was the lack of customer service after the wedding. I would not recommend Ben please use a less experienced photographer you will get better quality and customer service!
