Denver MODERN INDUSTRIAL Wedding Venue.
We are conveniently located just blocks from Downtown Denver in the heart of the amazing River North Arts district (RiNo).
Upper Larimer is a 340 Person Indoor Capacity Event Venue.
We consist of:
BALLROOM (340 Person)
- A large Ballroom Style 6,000 square foot Venue within our historic clear span warehouse built in 1908.
WEDDING SUITE (20 person)
- A 950 square foot Wedding Suite that is located in our Victorian homestead that dates back to 1888.
-OUTDOOR DECK (220 Person)
A Brand new 2400 square foot Outdoor Patio, perfect for ceremony or cocktail hour.
ON-SITE PARKING
- 25 onsite Parking spaces.
Both buildings have just been fully restored to their original beauty and character. We additionally recently completed the expansion and renovation of our three parking areas with new surfaces.
