Mathilde was everything we hoped for! Living in NY meant that we needed to rely on her for just about everything with regard to our wedding, including sourcing venues, caterers, furniture, flowers, decorations, etc. Not only was she extremely efficient and thorough with her preparations, but also incredibly sweet and patient with us throughout the process. And then when we had inclement weather on the actual wedding day, she was there to take charge and rearrange the schedule to ensure that we were inside when the rain started. Working with her was such a great experience, and we cannot recommend her enough!

Mathilde planned and executed our dream day at Chateau de Garde (and the day before and day after!) to absolute perfection - we truly could not have done it without her and her amazing team of vendors that she pulled together for us.

No ask was too big for Mathilde – we felt comfortable in asking for more options if the selected vendors didn’t quite meet our expectations or were too expensive. Mathilde did an amazing job of sourcing newer, talented vendors that were more aligned to our budget and we would never have been able to find them ourselves. The price we paid for Mathilde’s support definitely paid for itself in the savings she made for us.

On the day itself, Mathilde unfortunately had another wedding to manage (which she was very upfront about from the beginning!) but we had the amazing Swany to coordinate the day in her absence and Mathilde made sure Swany was fully briefed on every aspect of the day. Swany did such an incredible job of organising everything in the background on the day to make it absolutely seamless and did a great job of keeping us calm and informed on everything! Mathilde was extremely flexible in scheduling meetings which was very helpful since we were on a completely different timezone in Australia. We really appreciated Mathilde’s honesty, professionalism and expertise in every aspect of the planning. We will miss her positivity and enthusiasm during our regular phonecalls! Merci Beaucoup!

Something that we feel sets her apart from most other wedding planners as her ideas were practical but also really artistic. We felt she approached things trying to get the best outcome every time. This strength was really appreciated by us as we had to revisit some ideas when our budget changed and she was fantastic with coming up with creative, artistic ideas that were really beautiful and worked within our budget.

She was also really flexible with meetings as we were living in Australia and New Zealand at the time but she always managed to communicate with us as like we are in the same time zone. Very easy!

Mathilde is an absolutely fantastic wedding planner. We don’t live in France and so her helping us coordinate everything with French suppliers made life a lot easier! Also the suppliers she recommends are great and she was invaluable on the day itself making sure everything went smoothly - and it did !
