Vows Well Traveled is a professional wedding planning service based out of Paris, France. Liz Rae, leading officiant and elopement-style wedding planner, has been organizing beautiful celebrations for more than five years. She will strive to turn each couple’s fantasy into reality, coordinating elopements and small weddings of up to 25 guests.
