Vows Well Traveled is a professional wedding planning service based out of Paris, France. Liz Rae, leading officiant and elopement-style wedding planner, has been organizing beautiful celebrations for more than five years. She will strive to turn each couple’s fantasy into reality, coordinating elopements and small weddings of up to 25 guests. Vows Well Traveled will work to gain each client’s trust and comfort from the very beginning, providing calm yet warmhearted service.

Services Offered

This dedicated team will get to know each soon-to-be newlywed on a personal basis, developing an understanding of their preferred style and tastes. Liz and her team will focus on the finer details of every special occasion, matching their clients with vendors that share their dream vision. Vows WellTraveled has experience in the coordination of destination wedding events and is happy to assist couples with their flights and accommodation deals.

Book Vows Well Traveled for your own sanity!

Vows Well Traveled (VWT) was so instrumental in our wedding. We had 22 people from USA fly to Paris for our small intimate wedding. VWT helped organize all of our vendors as well as make recommendations for every question I had from tanning salons, hair and make up artist, where to shop, where to eat, where to print posters, etc. You name it, she was on top of it! Not to mention, she always willing to help answer questions via text or email and set up times to meet. Liz was there in Paris for the day of our wedding to help make things run smoothly, I can’t thank her enough and was pleased that her prices were more affordable than others!

Our perfect elopement

We cannot recommend Vows Well Travelled enough. We decided somewhat last minute to elope and didn’t know where to start. I stumbled across their social media and reached out for a consult. The entire process was so easy to set up meetings and Liz was the sweetest. She gave me recommendations of vendors and also vetted vendors that I had found on my own to ensure they would be a great fit for us. She arranged vendors in Paris for us, and made the entire process so seamless. It was the best money we could have spent. We had the most beautiful and relaxing elopement day and it was truly magical. I felt at ease traveling to Paris the day before our wedding from Canada, knowing that Liz had my back if anything went wrong or came up. We recommend eloping to everyone now and to of course use Vows Well Travelled!!

Personal, Professional, and PERFECT

Liz married my husband and I in October of 2018, and it was the most perfect, beautiful and intimate ceremony we could have imagined. We live in Australia and got married in Minneapolis, Minnesota USA. Liz was so flexible and thoughtful in helping us write our perfect ceremony - We essentially planned the entire thing via email/google doc, with a couple of in-person meetings to finalise details! Her passion for writing and creativity are total bonuses as well, and she was open to honest feedback. She also helped us with other details not officiating related, which was so helpful.

Her genuine, thoughtful words totally encapsulated us as a couple and were the main piece of our wedding videos - and they will bring you and everyone to tears!

Thank you for the perfect ceremony and all of the memories that came with it - we couldn't have picked anyone better!

Amazing, attentive and great to work with
