Jill was always that calming force for me when things were getting stressful. She always made sure I felt good and that her team would be there for me and my guests. These ladies know how to put out a spread!! From the apps to the dessert, they make it look so effortless. And I couldn't tell you how many compliments I received on the wedding dinner! Working with this company was so easy and wonderful. Jill was a joy to work with and even offered to help turn our space over when she delivered (we had a 35 person wedding reception in our yard). Jill was super responsive and always talked to us like she genuinely cared about our event and us. I would recommend them to anyone! Choosing Unforgettable Edibles as our wedding day caterer was easily one of the best choices we made for our wedding! We worked with Jill, who went above and beyond to ensure that not only the food was exceptional, but the entire reception space was immaculate and ready to accommodate over 200 guests. Throughout the entire process, Jill was professional, meticulous, kind, patient, flexible, and reliable.

Let's start with the food and cost. Unforgettable Edibles quoted us an extremely reasonable price for china, service, and linens (they worked with BBJ). We were completely blown away by how delicious the appetizers and food were at our first tasting! On our wedding night, we had passed hors d'ouvres (brown bread with smoked salmon mousse & irish sausages wrapped in flaked patries (a huge hit with the guests) and stationary appetizers (fruits & veggies). Dinner was served family-style. Everything was hot, well-seasoned and beautifully presented. Guests especially liked the flank steak and red-skin garlic mashed potatoes. All of the servers were attentive and friendly.

We had our wedding at the Irish American Heritage Center. UE has worked with this venue many times, which was very reassuring leading up to the wedding day. Jil managed the room layout (she sent me maps she created via e-mail), arranged tables/chairs the day of, and set up china, linens, sweets, and various decorations we brought. Following the wedding, Jill packed and labeled leftover decor and sweets in the reception hall's kitchen, so we could pick-up remaining items two days later post-wedding. Everything was well-organized. We didn't hire a wedding planner/coordinator, yet Jill certainly fulfilled the role of catering/event manager as well as a day of wedding coordinator. Unforgettable Edibles had all of the food/dining materials/one-off-items we needed to make our wedding a success. They even made recommendations that helped make our event a little easier to manage. Our guests even commented on how much they liked the food!

The food was great and everyone loved it. We ended up spending more because the food we tried from them within our budget was not great, but once we upped the budget we were able to get some delicious food.
