We got married at Lake Morey Resort in Fairlee VT this past July and used Undercover Tents for all of our rental needs! Erin was so easy to work with - she helped us with our layout, and constantly updated our invoice and rental list as we got closer to the date. Luke was kind enough to take part of his Saturday to do a "walkthrough" a few months before the wedding to show us where it would go and help us visualize the layout. We rented the tent, string lights, white garden chairs for the ceremony, oak crossback chairs for the reception (we used these for the Hora too!), farm tables, dance floor, tent fans, and a few side walls. The farm tables were a little scratched up on the top, but it didn't bother us too much - it kind of fit the rustic Vermont vibe. The farm tables also didn't comfortably fit 4 people across as recommended (very tight with elbows bumping), so we made a change to our seating chart the day before and moved 2 people on each end which solved the problem with little hassle. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would recommend them to anyone getting married in VT!

Erin, Luke, and the Undercover Tents team are amazing. They are kind, down-to-earth, and extremely attentive (unlike other, larger tent and party-rental companies in the area). We (naively) decided to host our own wedding in June of 2023 without knowing what we were getting into. It was stressful to say the least, but coordinating with the Undercover Tents team was always stress-free! Erin & Luke reviewed each and every detail of our rental plans with us, giving us loads of helpful insight and advice along the way. Even though we changed our minds and added and subtracted and flip-flopped back and fourth a million times, they remained not only patient but flexible (& enthusiastic about it all!). They even delivered heating generators and additional tent sidewalls the day before the wedding when the weather turned for the worse. Despite the torrential downpours, the muddy conditions, and the colder-than-ideal temperatures -- our wedding, the tent, the table-scapes, and the ambience was more beautiful than I'd ever dreamed it would be! Erin was so great to work with. Our planning was all done remotely and she was very prompt at communicating. Due to COVID, our guest count kept changing and she was extremely understanding and patient with us in sharing different tent layouts explaining the various options that would work best for our requirements. The tent set up and lighting was extremely well done and allowed us to have a safe and beautiful outdoor celebration. We highly recommend Undercover Tents for your next outdoor event!

Erin responded first with a quick email and we were off to a great start. You see, last minute we realized the forecast changed 5 days b4 my daughter and son-in-law's wedding to 100% rain! Undercover Tents provided tents, all tableware, and restroom trailer for our wedding and it was nothing short of the best day ever. Their services exceeded all expectations and brought our vision to life. We are so happy we found them and could not recommend them enough. 10/10!!!

Luke and his team have beautiful, new equipment and are focused on customer service. They took the time to visit and survey the property before the event to make sure our desired tent size would fit, then were incredibly patient and helpful as we asked endless questions and shifted our order numerous times during the process. We also rented a bathroom trailer from them and many guests commented that it was nicer than many bathrooms at nice indoor venues. We loved the gold silverware too! As the company is fairly new, they don’t have the same breadth of selection of decor "extras" as some other companies, but they’re growing by the day, were happy to help us figure out what would work for our event, and ultimately completely understood when we rented a few items that weren’t in their inventory from a different company.

I called Luke less than a week before my wedding in a panic because I needed a heater for the event and couldn't find one. Luke was quick to come to my rescue, despite the last minute request. He set the heater up in the rain the day before the event and it worked perfectly. It was just enough to take the chill out of the space and keep everyone warm so they could dance the night away!

Under Cover Tents was great to work with. Luke was very flexible and eager to help design the layout of our reception and make our vision also fit into our budget. He went above and beyond, especially in the last few days, bringing in some extra chairs for our reception and also for our ceremony. A great vendor to work with, hands down!

For our outdoor reception, we rented a sailcloth tent (with sidewalls), string lights, decor wire, dance floor and chairs from Undercover Tents. The end result was a magical, twinkling tent that shielded us from the rain!


We loved how the sailcloth fabric was very slightly translucent, and that the tent had rounded corners with interior poles that looked like wood. Our florist was able to add decoration to the decor wire. The dance floor was the perfect size - including for our first dance. The wooden chairs added a warm, organic aesthetic.


Undercover Tents worked with our venue, Lake Morey Resort, to set up the tent in advance, so there was no last-minute rush. And, the fact that their website features a video of them building a tent gave us confidence that they focused on building sturdy tents!


Erin was a pleasure to work with. She was very sweet and patient. As we finalized guest counts, Erin mocked up layouts and coordinated with the venue so that they would know where to put dinner tables, cake and side tables, number of chairs per table, etc. I asked a lot of questions as I didn't know much about tents, lights, and decor; at times, communication was a bit difficult due to my lack of knowledge. Even though a competitor offered more options (that were easily understandable from their website and also mocked up a layout from the very first inquiry), we ultimately went with Undercover Tents for their experience in building tents and working with our venue.

This tent company was a great value for what we wanted. The tent itself was great and the heater worked well. The owner even made a separate trip to get larger round tables that we requested.

We did unfortunately have to wipe down the white wooden chairs we rented, but overall things worked well and looked great.
