We absolutely enjoyed our time at TWELVE. Our day was flawless and Amber Adams, our sales consultant, did a marvelous job at ensuring our day went off without a hitch. If you are looking for modern, boutique level accomodations and unparralled services, I whole-heartedly recommend this location.

My review probably doesn't seem that positive, but it actually is. I worked with John for a long time before he did the flowers for my wedding. I used to work at a contemoprary art gallery and he would arrange flowers for our art openings. John is highly creative and artistic. He can do things with flowers one wouldn't dream of on their own. If you are willing to completely give over control to John and trust his brillian artistic abilities, you will not be disappointed! If you have to be in control, then John is not the florist for you (he doesn't normally do weddings).

I provided a picture of my wedding bouquet in an email and they gave me a quote and promised to make a bouquet that looked the same. Their customer service seemed great at first but on the day of my wedding, the bouquet showed up and it was nothing like the picture and it looked like someone threw it together at the last minute. Some of the flowers were brown and it was one and a half times the size of the bouquet I showed them. I was extremely disappointed and demanded a refund. It has only been a few days but I have yet to see it show up in my account so I may have to dispute the charge. Luckily, I made my bridemaids bouquets and happened to make a larger one as a throwing bouquet so I ended up using the one I made. Maybe I should start a flower business because my bouquet was beautiful in comparison.
