I bought the Pretse womans band. It's a beautiful band but the central material is softer and scratches easily. I was disappointed.

Strong and striking ring design. Beautiful and affordable! Customer service was very prompt and polite when we e-mailed.

Super great to work with these guys. Small company I think because they are so personable. Awesome experience with them and I wanted to let others know.

I was (and am still) seeking tungsten rings as "beater" rings because they're reportedly so durable. I ordered a 5mm classic/plain band (I think they only sell comfort fit) for my FH and a 3mm one for myself (because I was curious about it). The rings were as advertised, but ultimately I decided that the color was darker than I wanted even for beater rings.

Unfortunately, I decided this after I dropped FH's size 10 in the mail to exchange it for a 9.5. Requesting RMA numbers was easy online, and Bryan and Kristine were super responsive when I emailed them with the USPS tracking numbers for each. They were especially flexible when I emailed and called the day that the exchange got back to them to see if we could prevent the whole exchange and subsequent return, and they executed without incident.

Friendly and excellent customer service - if I were in the market for regular darker tungsten I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from these guys again. Per the web site they don't appear to offer the lighter "white" tungsten. i did see some cheaper options poking around on Amazon - but also inconsistent reviews depending on who the third party vendor is.

I placed an order in September for my wife surprise of our anniversary in September as the order was to take 3 weeks.

I paid over $300 for my order. I followed up several time and only one response come in the same month that they forgot to engroove the rings as ordered. Guess what i have received more that3 emails to review their products which i never got.

After getting the function ruined, money stollen then they have the guts to ask you to review their products. Its so pathetic.

On my first order with them i went on to encourage their products but now. just be care to throw your money in the bin.

Regretting

Make sure you check all reviews on the internet. Do not do business with this company. The person running the show is liar and if they make a mistake you will be sorry you did business with them. I sent them an bracelet to engrave. All they had to do is engrave the back of bracelet. When I received the finished item I discovered that they engraved the front of the bracelet. This is where the problem really began. He told me three times that they shipped the corrected bracelet. I found that he never even ordered the replacement bracelet from Amazon. He has the ability to create postal tracking #'s on his end. He used this ability to basically lie about shipping the item to me.

I did finally receive a refund for everything after I applied enough pressure to do so. I understand that people make mistakes but why he just didn't correct the mistake in the first place is beyond me. So, you've been warned stay clear of this business at all costs.
