Tuana Hair did an AMAZING job!
They did my bridesmaid`s hair for my best friend’s wedding. Of course, at the time I thought I was an easy customer, but looking back I realize it must have been quite the job with a difficult half-updo with lots of circular braiding involved and updos for 3 bridesmaids and our beautiful bride as well!

They were friendly and professional, and even helped make adjustments after my hair when I decided that it wasn't quite perfect after all. I got so many compliments on how great it looked, and I still looked like myself. My husband even liked it! In short, I would recommend Tuana Hair Design to anyone because they're great at what they do, very flexible, and at a good price.

Tuana is simply INCREDIBLE. Once I decided to go with Tuana, I did a little research and found their YouTube page, Instagram and website and was comfortable (mostly) with my decision to forgo the trial. I initially booked an appointment for myself and 3 others and the day before the wedding called to tell them I needed to add an additional 2 people. They let me know that it was a possibility that they may not be able to get another stylist to come on such short notice but they would definitely do their best. Then, they called me back to let me know they were able to get someone and they would see me bright and early the next day.

As they were doing my hair and makeup, I had a great time chatting with them. They did my hair and my mothers and I couldn't have been happier with the final result and all the ladies that had their hair done looked wonderful.

Everything about the experience was perfect, from the prompt communication prior to the event to the actual day! They were professional, yet made us all feel comfortable and listened to our visions perfectly.

I would highly recommend! They are fun to have around during the getting ready process and make you look and feel truly beautiful!

I did a hair trial run and 'day of' with Courtney. I loved this salon because they have such friendly staff and seem very good at what they do. I absolutely loved my hair and Courtney was able to adjust to my needs and make it look fancy, yet normal so that I didn't feel too done up. She also came to my venue, which costs extra, but for me it was worth it and I could get some photos. Only downside for me personally was that I already have natural curly hair, and even using my natural curls without her doing the work of curling my hair with an iron, it still cost $180. I wish that since my curly hair already 'did' part of the work, it would have cost less, but I did love what she did for my updo and was pleased with how it lasted the whole night!

Nicole, my hair dresser, was wonderful! She originally had a previous scheduled client during my wedding, but she rearranged her schedule to accommodate me. She was extremely knowledgeable about hair coloring and styling and she helped me decide and get the hair I had imagined.

AVOID THIS SALON like the Plague! Was referred to Kazim, and waited 3 years to make the appointment. Finally booked! I informed Kazim I lost my hair 2 years ago, and had to be very careful with it. No bleach, no layers, tender loving care! He suggested extensions, long layers and bleach highlights. Are you not listening? I should have gotten up and walked out that minute. BUT, as all women do, we want to believe someone is worth every penny and they are going to give us the "WOW" factor!

Kazim's estimate for an uneven hair trim (only a trim - 1 centimeter) and crappy color job with 1" of my roots that were not colored (now fried) - $280 PLUS $20 hair treatment because he fried my hair. TOTAL: $300. Not to mention, he yanked on my hair like a maniac, and burned my scalp with the hot hair dryer.

When I got home I noticed a chemical reaction to the hair color products and blisters on my head. I called Kazim immediately. 2 days later....... Kazim calls me back. He said all I needed was a good conditioner treatment, then passed me onto the scheduler. The front desk scheduler couldn't get me in for 2 months! WHAT? Then she suggested we do a root touch up when I come in for the 'fix'. Finally called the manager, Marie, who called me back on day 4. I sent her pictures of the roots, uneven stripes in my hair, and the damage. She said the scheduler should have gotten me in immediately. Marie offered to fit me in with another stylist, but I would have to pay for the haircut fix - unless I saw Kazim again. NOPE, not gonna happen! Then said she would send me conditioner bottles in the mail for me to treat my fried head while I wait for the appointment. Nope, not coming in. I called Marie several times when the conditioner bottles did not arrive. To date, I have yet to receive them. It's been 4 weeks since my appointment with Kazim. Unprofessional, avoid this Salon!
