Tris Munsick and the Innocents

Tris Munsick was born with country music running through his veins. The eldest son of regionally esteemed musician/cowboy Dave Munsick, Tris and his two younger brothers were raised on a ranch along the east slope of the Big Horn mountains, in Wyoming. From the time they could first climb on a horse, the boys helped out with out with all that ranch life entails. Branding calves, fixing fence, haying, and moving cattle were part of daily life for the Munsick boys.

In the evenings, they would sit down, pick up an instrument, and follow dear old dad on whatever musical journey he had in store for them. The boys were taught everything from Mozart to Merle Haggard to Motley Crue. This foundation has proven invaluable to all of the Munsick boys as they pursue individual careers in the music world.

To date, Tris Munsick & The Innocents, have opened for or performed alongside the likes of Big and Rich, Cody Johnson, Randy Rogers Band, Lyle Lovett, Blackhawk, the Eli Young Band and many more. They currently tour the western states sharing their brand of cowboy music to audiences throughout the region. Their most recent release “Washakie Wind” dropped in 2020 and has helped the band continue to gain a strong following in the Western US and beyond.
