I don't know where to start on how amazing it was to work with Fool's Gold!
Not only did I hear so many raving reviews from so many different guests of different generations and different tastes in music, but my (now) husband and I had the time of our lives. I danced all night! They brought such amazing energy to our special night.
I did not have a wedding planner and Daisy (the band's sound manager) made things so easy for me! She went above and beyond and made sure that my timeline moved along and it was so apparent that she is such a professional and very familiar with wedding music and timelines (In which I was a bit lost myself).
All of the sound including the ceremony a (which was out in a field without electricity) and the reception sound, mics and speakers went without a hitch. Which I know from my professional life does not always happen!
They had such an amazing sound and light set up, which just made the night that much more special! I can't say how easy and accommodating they were.
If you are having a wedding, you'd be making a mistake not having Fool's Gold there!

We absolutely loved our wedding band! They made the process so seamless and covering the ceremony was perfection! Their music is incredible and fun and the entire wedding enjoyed the live music! We can’t recommend them enough!

Dan Metzger and his band are awesome!!! My husband and I had been searching for just the right band for our Ennis, Montana wedding. We wanted a group that could play a variety of the music that would keep our friends dancing all night...and we found it with Fool’s Gold!! They played all our favorites - classic rock, blues, country and pop. Dan was meticulous in making sure we had just the right play list and yes, our friends danced and danced and raved about the band for days after the wedding. All the band members take turns singing lead and support each other with their backup instrumental talents. More than that though, Dan and his guys (and Daisy their sound guru) are just great people. Having Fool’s Gold play our wedding was honestly just the best decision! Book them now ...and then look forward to a really fun event!!!

Let me start by saying this is the best band ever!!!!
our wedding got poured on by the rain, hail, wind and everything that could be thrown at us. But the band played on. And boy did they play. Updated music and super easy to work with. Dan Brian Ben and Jake are so much fun and great singers. Ben and Jake did a drum solo on the same drum set that was mind blowing and worthy of any rock concert I have ever been to. Dan and the group are very professional and can’t wait to have another event next year. Please do yourself a favor hire this band you will thank me.

These guys are GREAT!!!!! Everyone talked about how awesome they were and even my 74 year old dad was dancing the night away. Exceeded my expectations, and Dan was incredibly helpful. They just show up and make it happen! Super organized makes it worry free. You can count on them to be quick to respond to questions too.

As a wedding planner working in Montana for the past 20 years, I come across a lot of bands! This band is so fun! Dan is so fun to work with, he makes sure every detail is covered from sound for the ceremony, ceremony music and then bringing down the house with popular favorites that everyone loves to dance to. The contract and payment details were very easy and each show they have done with me, they show up on time and ready to go! Their attention to detail is top notch and music quality is excellent. I would not hesitate to book them for your wedding or event band! They are also really receptive to feedback and if anything could be better. An example of this is the first time they played for some of my clients, I felt that there were too many pauses between songs....I gave them this feedback and moving forward, they rolled one song into the next, keeping peoples attention and on the dance floor where they belong. Set breaks were reasonable and expected. Be ready to party with this band!

Couldn't have picked a better band! It seemed like they were an endless well of requests. Great stage presence - they got everyone up to dance. Not only did they play songs the wedding party loved, but they played songs my parents and grandparents wanted to get up and dance to.

Bottom line, Fool's Gold had everyone smiling the whole time.

My wife and I heard of Fools Gold through some close friends and decided to go check them out at some local venues when we began looking for a wedding band. We saw them multiple times by ourselves and with friends and each time had a blast dancing through the night! We asked them to play for our wedding and they were more than excited! They did an awesome job overall and truly made it a night to remember. Our guests never left the dance floor! These guys are awesome musicians and great fun people! Highly recommend them for good time!
