About

Tree Juice Maple Syrup™ is made in the Drybrook Valley of the Catskills Mountains in New York, the Fairbairn family have owned and operated this 100+ acre farm since the 1930’s. In 2012, Jake, Ryan, Greg and Rae resurrected the family’s sugar shack, and began making Tree Juice Maple Syrup™. Around 7000 maple trees on the farm’s rolling hills are tapped each year. Miles of tubing gravity, feed the sap to the sugar house where a traditional wood-fired evaporator turns the sap into sweet stuff.

Delicious local syrup!

I had local maple syrup in mind for my wedding favors and luckily found Tree Juice by searching on WeddingWire. They are located in the Catskills, right near some peaks that we have hiked multiple times, so their location was meaningful to me. They were friendly and easy to work with and shipped the syrup to me which was convenient. My guests loved the syrup and said it was delicious! It is indeed delicious, as I tasted their syrup when they were at the Beacon Farmer's Market one day. I look forward to trying their special flavors like chocolate syrup, which they were nice enough to include in the package as a bonus. Thank you!

Tree Juice put together the most adorable bottle of maple syrup as wedding favors for my fall wedding. It was great to have an actual fresh product from the Hudson Valley at my wedding. It doesn't hurt that the stuff is also DELICIOUS! The team is really easy to work with and very flexible. My guests really loved having something they could use and that it was local. A great addition to the day!
