I had a great experience at Treasures. They were very helpful in finding the perfect dress. We also rented tuxes there. Since most of my wedding party was out of town (TX, NE & VA) Treasures was willing to coordinate with 5 different stores in order to get the measurements. They knew which vendors ran small or large so when the wedding party arrived to try on the tuxes everything fit perfectly! They really knew their stuff and they were happy to help with all of our needs.

all of the girls I worked with were very nice. they answered all of my questions professionally. other dress places treated me weird because I'm a big girl.

Patient and accommodating - great selection of couture gowns

When I first went in there they were amazing!! So nice and helpful! I was with my MOH at the time but wanted my mom, who was going to be in town the next day, to see the dress too. The next day we went in and the girl that help me remembered me and got my dress, laced me up and I showed my mom...I bought the dress but it needed some alterations. I wanted them done in a month, which they said they could do and would call me when they were done. No calls after a month and a half so I called them and they said it was done a long time ago. I drove down to pick it up and it wasn't actually done. While I was waiting for them some of the staff were behind the counter going over pictures and ignoring everyone who came into their store! I had to go back 4 different times because they could not get their act together and get me what I asked for! Every time I went back they made me feel like I was asking too much of them and they were completely rude!! My dress turned out amazing but I took it else where to get alterations done after going back so many times and it not being done at Treasures! I will never go back their or take anyone there.

Dress buying was fine. But I definitely would not use their alterations lady. We made an appointment almost a month ago and she took it and said 2 weeks. She never responded to calls. Finally had girl at treasures call and she said it was done. Made appointment to try on. Nothing was done except bottom cutoff. This is on a Wednesday. Wedding on Saturday. Didn't pay 1000 dollars for shitty alterations. W
Horrible experience

Hands down the worst experience we've had with a wedding vendor yet. They were difficult to work with seemed indifferent that I was a paying customer. Had I not found the exact gown I was looking for, there is absolutely no way I would have given my business.
They have a beautiful bridal area upstairs, but I was only allowed to shop there once. When I came back to purchase the gown and wanted to try it on again to be sure, they refused to let me go to the bridal area and made me try it on in the prom section. This may not have been so bothersome, but the floor in the shop was so filthy that they put down a sheet so the gown wouldn’t get dirty. I was floored!
The best part was trying to arrange alterations. It’s near impossible, and getting in touch with their alteration specialist was a nightmare. When I finally made the appointment, I drove 3 hours for the fitting to which she did not show. No call, no indication that she was on her way – nothing. Again, they refused to allow me upstairs to the bridal area, and I had to sit on their dirty couch in the prom section with dozens of 14 year old girls and all their friends were throwing around prom dresses. I picked up my dress and left, only to receive an angry phone call over a half an hour after I’d already left from their alteration woman wondering where I was. I explained that I would be taking my dress elsewhere and that I regretted ever doing business with them.
The employees, the service, the environment, and even the owner (who was aware of and part of this whole difficult process) are terrible; nothing that a bride excited about her wedding dress experience is looking for. I would never, ever do business with this store again.

I liked the selection of wedding dresses but they seemed a little agressive to get their comitions. When i asked about the tux's all i got was a girl that was pissy because she had to go down stairs to show me them. Deffinetly get a dress there but maybe not a tux because they didnt even know what they had.

And the NEXT TIME she got married all the things she'd do And other inappropriate things.she left me in a dress for 20 minutes to help another girl...(a walk in) when I finally got our of that dress she was gone I mentioned to treasure that id like to try on some other gowns ... she told me that they had other appointments waiting and walked away. ..

Very unprofessional. The ONLY positive things from the visit was the lady hanging my gowns back up for me, and the pretty room the dresses were in. I said I wanted a gown with longer sleeves because I didn't want to have to make absolutely any alterations. She only had me try on dresses without sleeves and kept saying their alteration lady is "wonderful" and it would "only" cost 300 extra dollars to add sleeves to the dress..
What!? Thats exactly what I didn't want to do.

Also, I did like one that I put on, asked her to take a picture, which she happily agreed to. Standing with my side to the camera, which she was already holding up, ready to take the picture, I said "I'd like one picture from the side and one from the front, so I can remember the details" Immediately she said "Just one from the front will be plenty"..... Sorry, was that too much to ask? Drove the 40 minutes from out of town to get there and really wish I hadn't. Save yourself the headache and go anywhere else but here.

They are known for a good selection but also THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN TOWN, probably the state. We custom rented our tuxes there and the first appointment wasn't too bad and was actually really quick, even though the girl who helped us was rude. When we went to go pick up the tuxes though they said we couldn't pick them up until 3pm on Thursday and tried to tell us to come back later, and my wedding was the next day on Friday, but she ended up giving them to us and said we were "lucky" they came in early. The guys didn't get to try them on or anything. The next morning, which was the day of the wedding, the men tried on the tuxes and ALL of their pants were like skinny jeans! didn't even cover socks let alone go over the tops of the shoes and you could see there junk they were so tight! I tried calling about 2 times that day and no one answered so the guys had to wear jeans in the wedding.. I ended up calling them over and over on the honeymoon and no one answered until a couple days later and she said they didn't open until 11am and that's why no one answered and "someone should always answer the phone" is all she said to me. I told her what happened and the girl on the phone said she didn't deal with that stuff and told me to call back when someone else was there. I asked her if she could have someone call me back since I had already been trying to call so many times and got no answer, I wanted to make sure to talk to someone, and she just said no I need to call back when the other lady was there. So I called back and finally talked to the "other" lady,I think her name was laura or laurel, and all she said about the issue was they were custom ordered so there was nothing she could do about it. So i said "If they are custom ordered dont you think they should fit the guys, not really a coincidence that the pants didn't fit ANY of them, obviously they didn't measure right in the first place." Not resolved. The most rude people I have ever met.
