Gillian has to be one of the, if not, the best Pastry Chefs in Orlando. Her work is flawless and she has so much knowledge in the industry. I know I'll order from her again. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

My wedding cake was very pretty. It lived up to stunning everyone. It tasted amazing. It literally glowed and sparkled because of the led lights she placed in it. I loved using her as my vendor because she was very patient with all my crazy changes and she helped me keep to my budget very close. The only thing I noticed was the sugar crystals were not as clear and sparkly as I thought they'd be. I was the only one who noticed it though. I highly recommend her to anyone who wants a gorgeous cake that's not completely over priced.

That was the best cake i ever had...

Gillian is simply amazing. First off all she's super nice, professional, very patient and one of the best vendors I've worked with. She did my wedding cake 3 years ago and made a podium with a soccer team receiving a medal…my husband is from Portugal and loves soccer. The details that she put on our cake were exquisite, from the soccer ball that everyone kept touching (just to make sure it was not a real soccer ball) to the podium and medals…every detailed of the wedding cake was eatable… Even the fondant was delicious. I didn’t even want to cut the cake for the guest, which was tasty and very moist.

I could not have been more pleased with my experience with Gillian and Touch of Grace. Gillian is a true artist and an absolute pleasure to work with. We had no idea what we were looking for and she came up with something that was truly spectacular. Not only was the cake gorgeous, but also all of our guests confirmed that it was the best wedding cake they had ever tasted.
