Very responsive from beginning to end. They even called a few days early to confirm all the details. They arrived early and our driver Robert was very sweet and patient. The van was the perfect thing to get all the bridesmaids to the morning appointments and to the venue. Highly recommend!

My bridal party had a great experience with Total Luxury Limo! We used one of their larger limo buses to transport the bridal party to and from the ceremony/reception site. They were on time, super safe, and had the limo fully stocked with the beverages we provided. The limos and limo buses are absolutely gorgeous and it made for a really fun experience! It was also really nice to not have to worry about the bridal party being places on time, since they were riding with us! Highly recommend!

We're so happy we used Total Limo on our wedding day! Booking our 24-person Limo Coach was a breeze through their online system and they were prompt with every response. The coach itself was spacious, clean, comfortable, updated with fun lighting, a giant flat screen, and an amazing audio system. Our wedding party loved riding around in style and it fit us and all our stuff well. Our driver, Russ, was really nice and went with the flow. In addition to being a fun addition to our day, Total Limo let us drop off booze/food to have chilled on the bus for our party the day prior which we really appreciated. Their pricing was also right on par with other local companies and it was nice to have gratuity included as it was one less thing to worry about on our day. Total Limo was an easy choice and we're so glad we made it!

We used Total Luxury Limo for our transportation to ceremony to venue. The ride was fine. We ordered a bus that could seat up to 20 people. We originally planned for 19 adults but on the day only 17 rode on the bus. It was pretty cramped, even though everyone one was of good healthy weight and my dress was fitted, not large. Also we did get married on a very hot a humid day, but the bus never cooled down the entire 35 min trip. We were also, unable to play music until a groomsmen after working with the driver realized the driver needed to turn on a button on his end. The bus was nice, and the driver was skilled, but I wish there was more room and better AC.

Customer service leading up to the event was great! They were willing to work with whatever we needed, and gave honest answers and feedback to questions. However, on the day of the event, we ran into some crazy traffic between the ceremony and reception sites and were not able to provide the second trip promised to family members because of time constraints. Our driver was very apologetic, and honest about how long the trip was going to end up taking, which we definitely appreciated. He did however put a lot of stock into his navigational system, which was consistently leading us toward closed roads, before realizing that he knew where he needed to go. I would have been more impressed had the driver been given alternate route options, especially considering we were traveling to the State Fair on Labor Day Weekend.
