Jason at Top Hat is just awesome. The tux my fiance wanted was only available for 3 months and then the style was discontinued. Several other vendors had told us it was not available. When we went to Top Hat they checked their catalog and were able to find it! Jason took our order (we went in New Years Eve Day) and assured us he would call the supplier to verify he could get it. He called back yesterday and everyting is a go! He was able to get the tux for us. The pricing is on par with other (cough, cough Men's Warehouse and Joseph A. Banks) vendors, if not better. We only needed the one tux, so I can't comment on working with them for multiple orders. We are completely satisfied, and are SOOO happy to send our business to a local small business. Jason really made sure he got the right fit, and was very aware of issues with my fiance's body type. He measure first, then had my fiance try on a pair of pants that should have been too long. When he saw that they weren't he double checked and corrected the measurement. Really just above and beyond. If I could give more stars I would. My fiance has worked in customer service for many, many years, and it takes a lot to impress him with service. HE couldn't say enough, and was happy to add his 2 cents to this review.

Update: The tux came in the weekend before the wedding. Jason called to let us know and to have my husband go in to make sure everything fit. We went and he tried everything on. The jacket sleeves were a little bit long. They tacked them up right then and there, and we were out the door! We had no problems on the day of. In fact. several guests commented on how nice my husband looked.

Top Hat made my Groom and the groomsmen look so handsome in their tuxes. I could not have asked for better service then what these guys did for my guys. My groom looked so handsome when i first saw him. He got an all white tux and the groomsmen had black tuxes with blue ties and vests. They were quick too. The guys went in two weeks before the wedding for their fittings and got their tuxes the weekend before the wedding and they had a couple of days to return the tuxes. I would definitely use Top Hat for all my tuxedo rentals.

My son recently rented his tux from Top Hat. And even though he was from out of state Jason was very helpful in making g sure all of the information was correct (especially the measurements). My son arrived from just a few days before his wedding and his tux was very nice and git perfectly. Jason was terrific!
