We had Toko Irie play the steel pan drums for our ceremony and cocktail hour and my only regret is not having him stay longer. He is a fantastic entertainer and got the party started. All of our guests raved about him! He's easy going and great to work with!

Toko plays steel drums in Key West. He is a great drummer and very entertaining. I would recommend him for ceremony music or any kind of music entertainment! We had him play for our ceremony in Fort Zach and it was beautiful. With my wedding planners suggestion we just let him play what he wanted for the ceremony andhad him do the wedding march for when I walked down the aisle. It turned out perfect.

We hired Toko to play for our ceremony and cocktail hour! What a great addition to our wedding!! He was FANTASTIC!! Our guests loved him! He is so smooth , nice and a great musician !! Toko was amazing for our beach wedding in Key West , giving our ceremony the Caribbean touch!!
He is a little difficult to contact , but it is all worth it!!

We booked Toko 2 years in advance and he cancelled on our 4 days before our wedding!! Actually, he never called to cancel, he was tracked down and finally responded to tell us he cancelled. To make it worse, we saw him the next 2 days playing at other venues! The band that did play at our wedding said that he has been cancelling on weddings for the past year or so and they have gotten a lot of business because of it. So instead of booking Toko, go find Dave Herzog and the Island Time Band. They don't have the same raspy voice as Toko but they are extremely reliable and half the price. Plus they play other instruments like guitar if the song requires it!
If you are set on having Toko just make sure you have a plan B, don't go through the same stress I did 2 days before I left for my wedding in Key West!
