Tiffanee & Co. was easy to work with and made a beautiful cake that was fitting for my wedding at a wonderful and competitive price! I will use them again for other special events! They went out of their way to make sure that my cake flavors reflected the Celtic theme of my wedding and their service went above and beyond!

This place is very unprofessional and did not boxed nor wrapped any of the products. The desserts came opened (not wrapped nor in a container) and was sitting out. I had to talk their young employee which has no idea what to do in a situation of an unhappy customer. The employee had to called the owner what to do. Bickering back and forth on the phone. Owner does not take the initiative to speak to their customers. Shows that the owner does not have the customer service etiquette. The dessert didn’t come out how we like it and was told there was no sample picture given. Yet, knew what color to make them in and flavor? This was truly a horrible experience and spend a good amount of money that was not worth it. I would never recommend this place to anyone. For a small business, they do not care about the customer nor to show what it means to be a baker but they will sure take your money. The fact we had spend money to save time not making it ourselves. We still had to improvise the product to look they way we wanted. Once we had tasted the product, it was not up to pare and I seen guests spit it out. Truly embarrassing! Thank God, we had a back up order other desserts which guests enjoyed a lot. BEWARE OF THEIR POLICY, THEY DO NOT REFUND YOU YOUR MONEY! THEY TAKE IT AND YOU ARE LUCKY IF YOU GET A STORE CREDIT. At this point, why would you want store credit if they did not go by what you order in the first place?

Do not buy your wedding cake from this so called bakery. Was advised by BBB to contact the Attorney Generals Office. My cake was supposed to be delivered at 10:30 am, was delivered close to 12 pm after my ceremony only bc I called wanting to know where my cake was. Not only was it late, it was warm, icing melted in spots, it was burnt on outside edges, and center not fully cooked. Paid $375 for junk. When I call either phone just rings or a man answer who will not allow you to speak to Tiffanee. I have pics for anyone who would like to see.

She does not listen to details and my cake looked like a joke! Do not use this girl unless you want your even ruined. Cake was stale. Couldn't even get guest to take some cake to go. I'm glad this site has a 0 rating. She was very friendly initially but when i visited after to see what happened to what we spoke about she was RUDE and lots of attitude telling me shes busy with clients orders, not even apologizing for her fault/mistakes/ wrong doing. Tasting was good because she brings out freshly baked goods. I would never use her again.
