No issues whatsoever. We weren't looking for a fancy car or anything -- just a standard sedan that could get us from northern Mass to southern NH. Our driver was pleasant and stopped at a convenience store for us, and was very good about getting us to our destination even though we had bad directions and he had to find it in the middle of the woods in the middle of the night! Would use again.

The limo was on time, our driver was awesome, the champagne was delicious and the limo was very nice.

We ordered 2 shuttle vans for transporting our guests to and from our wedding venue. I was very happy with the communication and responsiveness I had with the staff, and from what I heard from our wedding guests the shuttles worked great overall. They even accomodated some guests that weren't staying at the two "official" wedding hotels. The only snafoo was that there was some miscommunication at one of the pickup sites and some guests arrived half an hour late to our ceremony, which we ended up pushing back so they could attend. I'm not sure if this could have been avoided though. Overall very happy with their service.

We used two charter buses from Thomas Transportation to take our guests from Woodstock, where our church was, to the reception site (the charming and elegant Inn at Weathersfield), and then back to Woodstock at the end of the night. Dan was really easy to work with and called me the day before to make sure the route was confirmed and to reconfirm pick up times. The buses were ready and waiting for our guests when the ceremony was over, and safely transported everyone back to the Woodstock area at the end of the night. There aren't a ton of bus companies in this area if have a larger wedding and don't want to use school buses, but Thomas is a great option. Definitely worth the money.

They did a great job providing us with a beautiful and clean shuttle for the wedding party and guests! The driver was fun and very professional. Prices were very reasonable.

This company was the one and only huge disappointment for our wedding. Booked almost one yr in advance for motor coach to transport my guests to and from hotel on the wedding day. Just 1 month before the wedding they out of the blue told me "a motor coach will no longer be available" on my wedding date (despite a deposit being sent almost 1 yr in advance.) At this point my only option is a schoolbus- fine, as long as my guests are transported safely. Only after the wedding coordinator reached out did they offer me a $300 discount for this. The following 3 wks I repeatedly requested by email/phone an updated contract/invoice with my payment in full, again only receiving 1 when the wedding coordinator reached out. Finally, the worst part, on the wedding day, guests were (thankfully) picked up at correct times, however at the end of the night, the driver left without my husband's parents. You wouldnt mind but my FIL had ALREADY tipped the lady in advance on the bus there & ppl on the bus were shouting telling her to wait for them, as she continued driving away. When I emailed my concerns, I was told that their lack of communication was a "non-issue" and that they spent "more time on my wedding than any other wedding this year." Customer service and communication are abysmal.
